Abstract

Perbedaan gaya belajar menggambarkan penyebab utama terjadinya tingkah laku belajar. Apakah strategi koperatif tipe STAD cocok pada semua gaya belajar atau hanya cocok pada gaya belajar tertentu saja.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa proses strategi kooperatif tipe STAD pada mata pelajaran PAI di kelas VII SMPN-1 Kota Besi dan perbedaan hasil belajar mata pelajaran PAI pada siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar berbeda dengan menggunakan STAD di kelas VII SMPN-1 Kota Besi.

Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Besi Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non random sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 59 orang yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi kooperatif tipe STAD.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rata-rata (mean), median, dan modus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang utama adalah observasi, pembagian angket gaya belajar, tes hasil belajar, wawancara dan dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi kooperatif tipe STAD di kelas VII SMPN-1 Kota Besi sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dan juga didukung dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar mata pelajaran PAI pada siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar berbeda (strategi kooperatif tipe STAD di kelas VII SMPN-1 Kota Besi) gaya belajar auditori diperoleh nilai rata-rata 77,33 nilai median 75 dan modus 75 lebih tinggi dibandingkan gaya belajar kinestetik dengan nilai rata-rata 75,25 nilai median 80 modus 80 dan gaya belajar visual dengan nilai rata-rata 74,67 median 75 dan modus 75.

ABSTRACT

Different learning styles illustrate the main causes of learning behavior. Is the STAD type cooperative strategy suitable for all learning styles or is it only suitable for certain learning styles.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the STAD type cooperative strategy process in PAI subjects in Grade VII of SMPN-1 Kota Kota and the difference in learning outcomes of PAI subjects in students who have different learning styles (STAD type cooperative strategies in grade VII of SMPN-1 Kota Besi.

The population in this study were eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kota Besi Kota Kotawaringin Timur. The sampling technique used was non random sampling technique. The sample of this study were 59 people who were taught with a STAD type cooperative strategy.

The research method used is quantitative. The statistical tests used in this study are mean (mean), median, and mode. The main data collection techniques are observation, distribution of learning style questionnaires, achievement test, interviews and documentation.

The results showed that the STAD type cooperative strategy in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Kota Iron was well implemented. This is proven by the type of STAD cooperative learning strategies that can increase student learning activities and are also supported by increased student learning outcomes. There are differences in learning outcomes of PAI subjects in students who have different learning styles (STAD type cooperative strategies in class VII SMPN-1 Kota Besi) auditory learning styles obtained an average value of 77.33 median values 75 and mode 75 higher than learning styles kinesthetic value with an average value of 75.25 median value 80 mode 80 and visual learning style with an average value of 74.67 median 75 and mode 75.
