Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Pangkalan Bun awalnya kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari masyarakat. Masyarakat sekitar sangat sedikit yang berminat untuk menyekolahkan anak-anaknya ke MTsN Pangkalan Bun. Namun saat ini MTsN Pangkalan Bun menjadi pusat perhatian masyarakat, karena banyak prestasi yang diraih, disamping itu juga peserta didiknya mempunyai akhlak mulia. Ini di karenakan salah satunya adalah manajemen peserta didik di MTsN Pangkalan Bun dari tahun ke tahun semakin baik.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan peserta didik, pengorganisasian peserta didik pelaksanaan kegiatan peserta didik, dan pengawasan peserta didik.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitataif dengan pendekatan studi kasus jenis penelitian lapangan, yaitu penelitian yang langsung mengambil data di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah analisa dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, penyajian data serta menarik kesimpulan.Untuk memeriksa keabsahan data menggunakan teknik perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi.Subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah, sedangkan informan adalah wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kesiswaan, wali kelas, pegawai TU, wali murid dan peserta didik.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan dilakukan dengan mengadakan rapat awal tahun dengan membahas daya tampung peserta didik, perencanaan peserta didik baru dan mengadakan orientasi peserta didik baru, 2) pengorganisasaian peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara mengelompokkan peserta didik ke dalam kelas berdasarkan kemampuan akademik dan memberikan wewenang kepada wali kelas untuk membinanaya, 3) pelaksanaan kegiatan peserta didik diawali dengan kegiatan pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik melalui kegiatan kurikuler dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kemudian diadakan pencatatan dan pelaporan, menjalin komunikasi dengan para alumni, dan memberi layanan-layanan bagi peserta didik, 4) Pengawasan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memantau seluruh aktifitas yang dilakukan peserta didik, pemantauan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Kegiatan penilaian dilakukan secara objektif dan dinilai dari 3 aspek yaitu:aspek sikap, aspek pengetahuan dan aspek keterampilan.

State Islamic junior high shool Pangkalan Bun initially received less attention from the community. Very few people are interested to send their children to MTsN Pangkalan Bun. But now the school Pangkalan Bun become the center of attention of the community, because many achievements are achieved, besides that also learners have noble character. This is in because one of them is the management of students in the school Pangkalan Bun from year to year the better.
The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the planning of learners, organizing learners implementation of the activities of learners, and supervision of learners.
This research uses qualitative method with case study approach of field research type, that is research which directly take data in the field. Data collection were done by observation, interview and documentation. Analytical steps begin by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of data using extension techniques of observation and triangulation. The subject of the study was the head of the madrasah, while the informant was deputy head of madrasah in the curriculum field, deputy head of madrasah student , the class advisor, the administration employee, the student guardian and the learner.
This research indicates that: 1) planning were done by holding meetings at the beginning of the year by discussing the capacity of learners, planning of new learners and conducting orientation of new learners, 2) organizing learners by grouping learners into the classroom based on academic ability and giving authority to the class advisor to develop it; 3) the implementation of the learner activity begins with the activities of the development and development of learners through curricular activities and extracurricular activities, then held recording and reporting, establish communication with alumni, and provide services for students, 4) Supervision of learners were done by monitoring all activities undertaken learners, monitoring directly and indirectly. Evaluation activities were conducted objectively and assessed from 3 aspects, namely: attitude aspect, knowledge aspect and skill aspect.
