Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam Penelitian ini adalah 1)Bagaimana perencanaan penjaminan mutu tenaga pendidik MIN Kumai Hilir 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu tenaga pendidik MIN Kumai hilir 3) Bagaimana evaluasi dan tindak lanjut penjaminan mutu tenaga pendidik MIN Kumai Hilir
Gambaran tentang pelaksanaan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisa dengan analisis kualitatif sehingga akan didapatkan hasil yang dapat di pertanggung jawabkan dengaan informan Kepala MIN Kumai Hilir, Wakil Kepala Bidang kesiswaan MIN Kumai hilir, Wakil Kepala bagian Kurikulum, pengawas Madrasah kab kotawringinbarat, guru MIN Kumai hilir
Hasil penelitian menunjukan perencanaan, penjaminan mutu tenaga pendidik MIN Kumai Hilir dilakukakan setiap tahun dengan penyusunan program yang melibatkan semuaa guru, pengawas, komite dan pengawas madrasah berdasarkaan rekomendasi evaaluasi diri, berdasarkaan prioritas an berkelanjutan, pelaaksanaan penjaminan mutu tenaga pendidik MIN Kumai Hilir dilakukakan dengan baik baik yaitu dengan cara meningkatkan supervisi, kompetensi tenaga pendidik, kualifikasi tenaga pendidik, akreditasi, supervisi dan evaluasi diri madrasah upaya mengikut sertakan pelatihan, workshop, KKG, MGMP, inservice dan jenis kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kompetensi guru sehingga dapat memenuhi standar Nasional Pendidikan. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi menujukan masih adanya kendala yang dihadapi dalam penjaminan mutu tenaga pendidik, Kendala yang muncul, selalu ditindaklanuti dengan membuat solusi solusi yang sesuai dengan jenis kendala yang ada.yaitu dengan mengikuti prosedure dan siklus Plan, Do, Chek, and Action, Kesemua informasi ini kemudian dipergunakan sebagai dasar untuk mempersiapkan suatu Rencana Kerja Madrasah (RKM) dan Rencana Pengembangan Madrasah (RPM) secara terpadu.

ABSTRACT

The research questions in this study were 1)How is the planning of teachers’ guaranty of quality at MIN Kumai Hilir. 2) How is the actuating of teachers’ guaranty of quality at MIN Kumai Hilir 3) How are the evaluating and following up of teachers’ guaranty of quality at MIN Kumai Hilir.
The qualitative research principle was carried out in this research. The data collection was conducted through observation, interview, and documentation. It was analysed by qualitative analysis. And thus, could be this covering the findings which being able responsible to the informant of the headmaster of MIN Kumai Hilir, the Vice of student leader of MIN Kumai Hilir, the Vice of curricula leader of MIN Kumai Hilir, the madrasah supervisor of west kotawaringin regency, the teachers of MIN Kumai Hilir.
The findings shown that (1) the Planning of teachers’ guaranty of quality at MIN Kumai Hilir run in each year with setting up program which involving all teachers, supervisor, committee and madrasah supervisor based on the self-evaluating recommendation, the further priority,(2) the actuating of teachers’ guaranty of quality at MIN Kumai Hilir run well namely by enhancing the supervision, Teachers’ competence, teachers’ qualification, accreditation, supervision and Madrasah self – evaluating, in involving training, workshop, KKG, MGMP, Inservice, and another activity for increasing the teachers’ competence ability in order to fulfil education national standard. Furthermore, the result of evaluation revealed that there was found about hindrance faced in the guaranty of quality of teachers, the emerged problem always was followed up by creating the appropriate solutions with the existed problem. Namely, obeying procedure and cycle of plan, Do, Check, and action. These whole information were used as a means for preparing Madrasah Working Planning (RKM) and Madrasah Developing Planning (RPM) integrated.
