Abstract

Kerja sama bisnis ayam potong perspektif ekonomi syariah di Kecamatan Jekan Raya dilakukan oleh kedua belah pihak yang berakad. Hasil dalam akad kerja sama di bagi saat keuntungan di peroleh setelah usaha berjalan, namun pada praktiknya tidak demikian, pembagian hasil ditentukan di awal tidak berubah. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Bagaimana praktik kerja sama bisnis ayam potong di Kecamatan Jekan Raya? (2) Bagaimana praktik kerja sama bisnis ayam potong di Kecamatan Jekan Raya dengan berdasarkan akad musyarakah?

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yaitu sumber data yang diperoleh langsung dari pebisnis ayam potong di jalan Raflessia dan jalan Nagasari Kecamatan Jekan Raya. Dan sumber data sekunder yaitu sumber data yang diperoleh dari catatan, buku, jurnal dan lainnya yang terkait dengan permasalahan yang penulis kaji. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis fenomenologi.

Hasil penelitian ini, yakni: (1) praktik kerja sama bisnis ayam potong dilakukan oleh pemasok (kontribusi modal) dan pengelola (kontribusi modal dan skill) dengan ketentuan hasil yaitu Rp 1.200 per kg (stuck). (2) praktik kerja sama bisnis ayam potong di Kecamatan Jekan Raya tidak sesuai dengan akad musyarakah karena hasil diberikan sebelum keuntungan nyata diperoleh dan kerugian tidak dibagi sesuai porsi modal kedua belah pihak.

ABSTRACT

The cooperation practice of meat-producing chicken business perspective shari’a economy in Jekan Raya district carried out by the both contracting parties. The result of the cooperation agreement was divided when gains obtained after the business was doing, but in practice did not accordance to the reality. The divison result was decided at the beginning that did not change. The formulation of the problem in this research, namely: (1) How is the cooperation practice of meat-producing chicken in Jekan Raya District? (2) How is the cooperation practice of meat-producing chicken in Jekan Raya District based on Musharaka contact?

The purpose of this research was to answer these problems. Based on the above issues, this type of research in this thesis was using qualitative research with descriptive approach. The data used in this research was the primary data. It was the sources of data obtained directly from meat-producing chicken business in Raflessia Street and Nagasari Street, Jekan Raya District. The secondary data was acquired from the records, books, journals, and other issues related to the researcher analysis. Data collection techniques in this research were interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis used was phenomenology.

The result of this research, namely: (1) cooperation practice of meat-producing chicken was done by the supplier (capital contribution) and managers (capital contributions and skill) with the provisions of the results namely : IDR 1,200 per kilograms (stuck). (2) the cooperation practice of meat-producing chicken business in Jekan Raya District was incompatible with Musharaka contract because the the result obtained before acquiring the real advantage and the disadvantages were not divided according to the capital portions of both parties.
