Abstract

Peneliti menemukan kesejangan di PT. Sumur Pandanwangi yang mana upah yang mereka terima mengalami keterlambatan pembayaran. Beranjak dari rumusan masalah: yaitu (1) Bagaimana ketentuan pembayaran upah pekerja perkebunan kelapa sawit PT. Sumur Pandanwangi di Seruyan? (2) Bagaimana sistem pembayaran upah pekerja perkebunan kelapa sawit PT. Sumur Pandanwangi di Seruyan? (3) Bagaimana tinjauan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan ekonomi Islam terhadap sistem pembayaran upah pekerja perkebunan kelapa sawit PT. Sumur Pandanwangi di Seruyan?.

Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 16 (enam belas) orang. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi sejenis dari berbagai sumber yang berbeda.

Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketentuan pembayaran upah pekerja KHL (harian) sendiri ada ketidakadilan karena ketidaksesuaian upah yang telah di tetapkan berdasarkan surat keputusan direksi. Sistem pembayaran upah pekerja perbulan, akan tetapi ada keterlambatan dalam pembayaran upah. Adapun tinjauan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan ekonomi Islam terhadap sistem pembayaran upah pekerja diketahui bahwa pihak perusahaan tidak ada melakukan perjanjian kerja hitam di atas putih dengan pekerja, sehingga pekerja tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum untuk menuntut hak-hak mereka seperti upah yang tidak sesuai dengan surat keputusan dan percepatan pembayaran upah dalam Ekonomi Islam ini termasuk menzholimi pihak pekerja. Berdasarkan data tersebut peneliti menyarankan bahwa sistem pembayaran upah harusnya di tetapkan sesuai dengan perjanjian kerja dengan penetapan berupa jumlah upah yang di bayarkan, tanggal pembayaran upah, dan tata cara pembayaran upah, agar kedua belah pihak saling di untungkan.

ABSTRACT

Researchers found gaps in PT. Sumur Pandanwangi where the salary they received had a late payment.The research problem is (1) How about the payment provision salary of oil palm plantation workers PT. Sumur Pandanwangi in Seruyan? (2) How clearly about the payment system salary of oil palm plantation workers PT. Sumur Pandanwangi in Seruyan? (3) How to review the labour laws Islamic Economics on salary payment system of oil palm plantation workers PT. Sumur Pandanwangi in Seruyan?.

This research uses qualitative research form, with descriptive method. Research subject numbered sixteen people. In this research the data is collected by observasi, interview, and dokumentasi. The data analysis used tri anggulation technique it compare the data and information from different sources.

The result in this research shows that payment provision salary for KHL (daily) itself there is injustice because of the salary incompatibility that has been set based on the decision iin the rules of directors. Payment system in salary of palm oil plantation workers PT. Pandanwangi in Seruyan well is monthly, but there is a delay in payment of salary. As for the review of the labour laws and economics review of Islam on salary payment system workers is known that the company does not have a MoU agreement on papers with workers, so that workers do not have the power of law to claim their rights such as salary that are not in accordance with the decree and the acceleration of salary payment. In Islam this includes fool according to the workers. Based on these data, the researcher suggests that the Salary payment system must be set in accordance with the employment agreement with the determination of the amount of salary paid, the payment date of salary, and the procedure of payment of salary, so that both parties mutually benefited.
