Abstract

Keberhasilan pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari peran guru yang tidak hanya dituntut untuk menguasai materi tetapi juga terampil dalam melaksanakan model-model pembelajaran salah satunya adalah model cooperatif learning tipe STAD pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini (1) bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran model cooperative learning tipe STAD pada mata pelajaran Fikih materi zakat di MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya ? (2) apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran model cooperative learning tipe STADpada materi zakat di MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran model cooperative learning tipe STAD pada mata pelajaran fikih materi zakat di MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya dan faktor pendukung serta penghambatnya.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah satu orang guru fikih MA kelas X-IPA dan informannya adalah kepala madrasah dan empat orang siswa kelas X-IPA. Teknik penggalian data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi data collection, data reduction, datadisplay dan counclusion drawing.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran model cooperative learning tipe STAD pada mata pelajaran Fikih materi zakat telah dilaksanakan dengan baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari (a) guru menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dan memberikan motivasi; (b) melakukan diskusi kelompok; c. guru meneruskan dengan memberikan tes kepada tiap individu; (d) guru penjumlahan nilai hasil diskusi dan individu; (e) guru memberikan penghargaan kepada kelompok yang terbaik. (2) beberapa faktor pendukung dalam pembelajaran cooperative learning yakni tersedianya LCD pada setiap ruang kelas, tersedianya buku diperpustakaan, kemampuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan model cooperative learning serta keadaan lingkungan, sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat adalah tidak tersedianya Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) dan guru masih kurang maksimal dalam memanfaatkan ketersediaan media pembelajaran.

ABSTRAK

The successful learning to role of the teacher is not only required to master the material but skilled in using learning. One of which is Cooperative learning is an activity the process of learning. The research problems were (1) how the implementation of Cooperative Learning STAD type on the FIQH subject in MA Muslimat NU palangkaraya? (2) what are the factors supporting and hindering the implementation of Cooperative Learning STAD type on the Fiqh subject in MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. The aims of this research were; to describe the implementation of Cooperative Learning STAD type on the Zakat Topic Fiqh subject in MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya and to determine some supporting factors and hindering factors.

This research was conducted in MA Muslimat NU Palangkaraya. This research was descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research was a teacher of Fiqh Subject at grade X-IPA and the informants were a headmaster and four students of grade X-IPA. The data collections were observation, interview and documentation. The validation of data was applied triangulation techniques. The data analyses were data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.

The result showed that (1) the implemntation of Cooperative Learning STAD type on the zakat topic Fiqh Subject has been implemented properly, it could be seen from (a) teacher delivered learning purposes and learning motivation (b) they conducted group discussions; (c) teachers continued to give a test to each individual; (d) the sum of the value of teachers of the discussion and the individual; (e) the teacher gave awards to the best groups. (2) some of the supporting factors in cooperative learning were there was LCD in every classroom, the availability of books in the library, abilities and skills of teachers implemented cooperative learning model as well as the state of the environment, while the hindering factors were the lack of student worksheets and teachers still less than the maximum in the use of instructional media availability.
