Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalahadanya sebagian siswa yang cendrung berperilaku negatif seperti mencontek di MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru pada hal di madrasah itu telah diajarkan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang :1) Tujuan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Jujur, Disiplin, Mandiri dan Tanggung Jawab.2) Materi Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Jujur, Disiplin, Mandiri dan Tanggung Jawab.3) MetodePenguatan Pendidikan Karakter Jujur, Disiplin, Mandiri dan Tanggung Jawab.4) Media Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Jujur, Disiplin, Mandiri dan Tanggung Jawab.

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Lokasi penelitian di MTs Al Mujahidin, sedangkan waktu penelitian pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2021. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 orang guru terdiri dari 1Guru Pkn dan 1 GuruAkidah Akhlak serta 1 Guru Fiqih. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala madrasah dan 3 orang guru.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan teknik. Sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis menurut Miles danHubermanyang meliputi data collection, data reduction, data display, dan conclution drawing/verification.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tujuan penguatan pendidikan karakter di MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru yaitu Jujur dengan tidak berbohong dan tidak curang serta bersikap amanah, Disiplin dengan dapat mentaati peraturan di sekolah maupun di luar lingkungan sekolah, Mandiri dengan memiliki kepercayaan diri dalam mengambil keputusan dan memecahkan masalah Tanggung jawab dengan bertindak hati-hati dalam melakukan sesuatu. 2) Materi penguatan pendidikan karakter di MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru yaitu : Jujur dengan mengajarkan siswa untuk tidak berbuat curang, Disiplin siswa diajarkan untuk taat peraturan baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah, Mandiri dengan melatih siswa memiliki kepercayaan diri dan tidak mudah bergantung pada orang lain, Tanggung jawab yaitu siswa diajarkan untuk tidak menunda pekerjaan, menyelesaikan tugas dengan baik. 3) Metode penguatan pendidikan karakter di MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru yaitu : Jujur dengan metode ceramah, cerita, tanya jawab, teladan, pemberian apresiasi dan sangsi. Disiplin dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, teladan, pemberian apresiasi dan sangsi. Mandiri dengan metode ceramah, praktek atau latihan, bimbingan, tanya jawab dan pengawasan. Tanggung jawab dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, pembiasaan, latihan, pemberian apresiasi dan sangsi.4) Media penguatan pendidikan karakter di MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru yaitu Jujur dengan sarana tempat temuan barang hilang, alat-alat kebersihan seperti sapu dan pel, alat-alat kegiatan keagamaan seperti sajadah dan Al Qur'an.Disiplin dengan sarana lonceng, jam dinding, buku absen, jurnal kelas dan alat alat kebersihan. Mandiri dengan sarana kertas soal yang berbeda, jam dinding, sajadah dan Al Qur'an, tempat cuci tangan dan alat alat kebersihan.Tanggung jawab dengan sarana alat-alat kebersihan seperti pel, sapu, penghapus papan tulis dan tempat sampah, jam dinding dan lonceng sebagai penanda waktu dan sajadah sebagai sarana untuk sholat.

ABSTRACT

The main problem in this study is that some students who are cendrung behave negatively such as cheating in MTs Al Mujahidin New Village in terms of the madrasah has been taught character education. This research aims to describe: 1) The Purpose of Strengthening Honest Character Education, Discipline, Independent and Responsibility. 2) Strengthening Material for Honest Character Education, Discipline, Independent and Responsibility. 3) Strengthening Methods for Honest Character Education, Discipline, Self-Reliance and Responsibility. 4) Media Strengthening Honest Character Education, Discipline, Independent and Responsibility.

The approach used in research is qualitative with this type of field research. The research location is in MTs Al Mujahidin, while the research time is in October to December 2021. The subjects of the study were 3 teachers consisting of 1 Pkn teacher, 1 Akidah Akhlak teacher and 1 Fiqh teacher. The research informant consisted of the head of the madrasah and 3 teachers of data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. Data-shifting techniques use source trianggulation and techniques. While data analysis techniques use analysis according to Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclution drawing / verification.

The results showed that: 1) The purpose of strengthening character education in MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru is honest by not lying and not cheating and being trustworthy, discipline by being able to obey the rules in school and outside the school environment, Mandiri by having confidence in making decisions and solving responsibility problems by acting carefully in doing things. 2) Character education strengthening material in MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru is: Honest by teaching students not to cheat, Student discipline is taught to obey the rules both in school and outside school, Mandiri by training students to have confidence and not easily depend on others, Responsibility is that students are taught not to delay work, completed the task well. 3) Methods of strengthening character education in MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru are: Honest with lecture methods, stories, questions and answers, examples, giving appreciation and sanctions. Discipline with lecture methods, questions and answers, example, appreciation and sanctions. Independent with lecture methods, practice or practice, guidance, Q&A and supervision. Responsibility with the methods of lectures, questions and answers, habituation, practice, giving appreciation and sanctions. 4) Media strengthening character education in MTs Al Mujahidin Desa Baru is Honest with the means where the discovery of lost goods, cleaning tools such as brooms and mops, tools of religious activities such as prayer mats and the Qur'an. Discipline with bells, wall clocks, absent books, class journals and cleaning tools. Independent with different question paper facilities, wall clocks, prayer mats and the Qur'an, handwashing and cleaning tools. Responsibility with means of cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, blackboard erasers and trash cans, wall clocks and bells as markers of time and prayer mats as a means for prayer.
