Abstract
Latar belakang penelitian ini karena fenomena pembinaan life skill yang diberikankepadasekitar 56 orang anak yatim/duafa yang berlangsung sejak 2018 hingga sekarang berjalan dengana paadanya, berbeda dengan pembinaan pada beberapapantiasuhan yang membina para anakduafa. Rumusan masalah: Bagaimana perencanaan pembinaan life skill anak yatim dan duafa yayasan Assalam?Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembinaan life skill anak yatim duafa yayasan Assalam? dan Bagaimana pengawasan hasil pembinaan life skill anak yatim dan duafayayasanAssalamPalangka Raya?
Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis perencanaan pembinaan life skill anak yatim dan duafa yayasan Assalam, pelaksanaan pembinaan life skill anak yatim duafa yayasanAssalamdan bentuk pengawasan hasil pembinaan life skill anak yatim dan duafa yayasan Assalam Palangka Raya.
Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif empiris, Subyek penelitian adalah instruktur pembina anak yatim/duafa dan juga informan. Sedangkan Obyek penelitian adalah keterampilan life skill yang diajarkan kepada anak yatim dan duafa.
Hasil penelitian bahwa (1)Perencanaan pembinaan life skill anak yatim dan duafa yayasan Assalam,belum memiliki perencanaan kegiatan yang ideal sebagaimana lazimnya perencanaan pendidikan di sekolah, kedepan perlu membuat perencanaan, struktur pengelola/pembina serta perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik dalam membina anak yatim dan duafa agar tercapainya tujuan pembinaan life skill yang baik. (2)Pelaksanaan pembinaanlife skill anak yatim duafa yayasan Assalam, dilakukan praktik secara langsung kepada para murid tanpa sosialisasi materi bahan ajar berupa alat, teks sehingga tidak semua siswa dapat mempelajarinya terutama praktik menjahit. Kedepan perludisiapkan bahan ajar supaya murid mudah memahami keterampinan yang mereka terima sebelum mereka praktik.(3)Pengawasan pembinaan life skill anak yatim dan duafa yayasan Assalam Palangka Raya,bahwa pengawasan kurang dilakukan dengan baik, karena pembinaan di yayasan Assalam sekedar memberikan tambahan keterampilan anak saja dan bukan pembinaan sebagaimana lembaga formal seperti di sekolah, kedepan pihak yayasan melakukan pengawasan untuk mengetahui berhasil atau tidaknya kegiatan pembinaan yang dilakukan, jika belum maksimal perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah yang lebih baik guna mencapai hasil yang baik dan bermanfaat bagi anak yatim dan duafa yang dibina.
ABSTRACT
The background of this research is because of the phenomenon of life skill development given to around 56 orphans/duafa which has been going on since 2018 until now, which is different from coaching at several orphanages that foster duafa. Problem formulation: How is the planning of life skill development for orphans and duafa of the Assalam foundation? How is the implementation of life skill development for orphans of the Assalam foundation? and How is the supervision of the results of life skill development for orphans and duafa of the Assalam Palangka Raya foundation?
The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning of life skill development for orphans and duafa of the Assalam foundation, the implementation of life skill development for orphans of the Assalam foundation and the form of supervision of the results of life skill development for orphans and duafa foundations of Assalam Palangka Raya.
The type of research is empirical descriptive, the research subjects are instructors for fostering orphans/duafa people and also informants. Meanwhile, the object of research is life skill that are taught to orphans and duafa people.
The results of the research are that (1) Planning for life skill development for orphans and duafa of the Assalam foundation, does not yet have an ideal activity plan as is usually the case for educational planning in schools, in the future it is necessary to make plans, structure managers/supervisors and good learning plans in fostering orphans and duafa in order to achieve the goal of developing good life skills. (2) The implementation of life skill development for the orphans of the Assalam foundation, carried out direct practice to students without socializing teaching materials in the form of tools, text so that not all students can learn it, especially the practice of sewing. In the future, it is necessary to prepare teaching materials so that students can easily understand the skills they have received before they practice. (3) Supervision of life skill development for orphans and duafa of the Assalam Palangka Raya foundation, that supervision is not carried out properly, because the guidance at the Assalam foundation only provides additional skills for children and is not coaching as in formal institutions such as in schools, in the future the foundation will supervise To find out the success or failure of the coaching activities carried out, if it is not optimal, it is necessary to take better steps in order to achieve good and beneficial results for the fostered orphans and duafa.
