Abstract

Perubahan sekolah di bidang sarana dan guru direncanakan dalam rencana pengembangan sarana dan guru. Setiap sekolah merencanakan program dan kegiatan pendidikan yang bersifat pengembangan (improvement) agar mutu pendidikan di sekolahnya dapat meningkat dari sebelumnya. Semua program atau kegiatan yang telah direncanakan, selanjutnya diimplementasikan, dan diupayakan melembaga.Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan, yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan perubahan di bidang sarana dan guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Al Ishlah Palangka Raya. (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan perubahan di bidang sarana dan guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya. (3) mendeskripsikan pengawasan perubahan di bidang sarana dan guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya.

Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya. Subjek penelitian 1 (satu) orang yaitu Kepala Sekolah dan informan 2 (dua) orang. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan 3 (tiga) teknik yaitu: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi metode. Analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian adalah, 1) Perencanaan perubahan di bidang sarana di SMK Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya yaitu dengan identifikasi kebutuhan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan tim pengembang sekolah yang dilaksanakan diawal semester pembelajaran melalui rapat dengan mempertimbangkan program yang perlu dilaksanakan, ditingkatkan ataupun melanjutkan program yang telah dilaksaknakan 2) Perencanaan perubahan di bidang guru di SMK Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya adalah dengan menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan apa yang dibutuhkan guru, nantinya akan di anggarkan di (RAPBS) Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Sekolah nama kegiatan nya hanya satu yaitu IHT ( In House Training ) hanya satu tetapi nantinya dalam pelaksanaan bisa mencakup apa saja. 3) Pelaksanaan perubahan sarana di SMK Al-Ishlah dengan pengadaan, penggunaan dan pemeliharaan sarana. 4) Pelaksanaan perubahan guru di SMK Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya meliputi: memberikan pelatihan di sekolah, pelatihan dari luar sekolah, diklat, MGMP dan memberikan pembinaan secara personal dengan memberikan motivasi kepada guru. 5) Pengawasan monitoring dan evaluasi di SMK Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya untuk diketahui strategi berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat dalam perubahan sarana sekolah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya sekolah mendapat sumbangan dari orang tua dan masyarakat, bukan hanya dalam bentuk dana melainkan juga dalam bentuk sarana dan fasilitas lainnya. 6) Pengawasan pada guru di SMK Al-Ishlah melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi pelatihan guru yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah dan tim yang ditunjuk dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja kekurangan dalam pelaksanaan sehingga dapat dilakukan perbaikan pada perencanaan yang akan disusun dan dilaksanakan selanjutnya.

ABSTRACT

School changes in the field of facilities and teachers are planned in the plan for the development of facilities and teachers. Each school plans educational programs and activities that are development (improvement) so that the quality of education in their schools can improve from before. All programs or activities that have been planned, subsequently implemented, and attempted to institutionalize. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of: (1) describing the planning of changes in the field of facilities and teachers at the Al Ishlah Vocational High School, Palangka Raya. (2) describe the implementation of changes in the field of facilities and teachers at al-Ishlah Vocational High School, Palangka Raya. (3) describe the supervision of changes in the field of facilities and teachers at al-Ishlah Vocational High School Palangka Raya.

The research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative type of approach. The place of research is Al-Ishlah Vocational High School Palangka Raya. The subjects of the study were 1 (one) person, namely the Principal and informants of 2 (two) people. The data collected uses 3 (three) techniques, namely: interviews, observations and documentation. Data validation is carried out by method triangulation techniques. Data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.

The results of the study are, 1) Planning for changes in the field of facilities at SMK Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya, namely by identifying the needs carried out by the principal and the school development team which is carried out at the beginning of the learning semester through a meeting by considering the programs that need to be implemented, improved or continuing the program that has been carried out 2) Planning for changes in the field of teachers at SMK Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya is to analyze the needs of training what teachers need, later will be budgeted in (RAPBS) School Budget Plan The name of the activity is only one, namely IHT (In House Training) only one but later in the implementation it can cover anything. 3) Implementation of changes in facilities at SMK Al-Ishlah with the procurement, use and maintenance of facilities. 4) The implementation of teacher changes at SMK Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya includes: providing training in schools, training from outside schools, training, MGMP and providing personal coaching by providing motivation to teachers. 5) Monitoring and evaluation supervision at SMK Al-Ishlah Palangka Raya to determine strategies for successfully increasing the involvement of parents and the community in changing school facilities. This is shown by the large number of schools receiving donations from parents and the community, not only in the form of funds but also in the form of other facilities and facilities. 6) Supervision of teachers at SMK Al-Ishlah monitors and evaluates teacher training that has been carried out by the principal and the appointed team with the aim of knowing what are the shortcomings in the implementation so that improvements can be made to the planning that will be compiled and implemented next.
