Abstract
Manajemen mutu pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas peserta didik di lembaga pendidikan. MAN Kota Palangka Raya terkenal sebagai madrasah favorit yang memiliki banyak prestasi akademik khususnya pada Jurusan MIPA. Tentunya hal ini tidak luput dari mutu pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru kepada peserta didik, sehingga peserta didik mampu bersaing pada ajang lomba Kompetisi Sains Nasional dan meraih kejuaraan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan mutu pembelajaran Jurusan MIPA di MAN Kota Palangka Raya. (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan mutu pembelajaran Jurusan MIPA di MAN Kota Palangka Raya. (3) mendeskripsikan evaluasi mutu pembelajaran Jurusan MIPA di MAN Kota Palangka Raya, dan (4) mendeskripsikan pengawasan mutu pembelajaran Jurusan MIPA di MAN Kota Palangka Raya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer diantaranya Kepala Madrasah, Wakamad Bidang Kurikulum, Guru, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1. Pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan tiangulasi metode. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dalam perencanaan mutu pembelajaran guru menyusun RPP sesuai dengan silabus dan perangkat pembelajaran. Penyusunan RPP dilakukan secara individu dan berkelompok melalui MGMP. Perencanaan mutu pembelajaran mengembangkan dari Permendikbud No. 20 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Kompetensi Lulusan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, dan Permendikbud No. 21 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Isi Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah. (2) Dalam pelaksanaan mutu pembelajaran, guru melaksanakan kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup. Pelaksanaan mutu pembelajaran sudah sesuai dengan Permendikbud No. 22 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Proses Pendidikan Dasar Menengah. (3) Dalam evaluasi mutu pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah mengadakan rapat bersama. Penilaian hasil pembelajaran dilakukan oleh pendidik, satuan pendidikan dan pemerintah. Penilaian hasil belajar sudah sesuai dengan Permendikbud No. 23 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Penilaian Pendidikan. (4) Dalam pengawasan mutu pembelajaran dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Madrasah dibantu Wakamad Kurikulum atau guru senior. Pengawasan yang dilakukan meliputi persiapan, kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan pengelolaan pembelajaran. Pengawasan mutu pembelajaran sudah sesuai dengan KMA No. 624 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pedoman Supervisi Pembelajaran Pada Madrasah.
ABSTRACT
Learning quality management is very influential on the quality of students in educational institutions. MAN Palangka Raya City is known as a favorite madrasa that has many academic achievements, especially in the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Department. Of course, this does not escape the quality of learning provided by teachers to students, so that students are able to compete in the National Science Competition and win championships.
This study aims, (1) to describe the planning of the learning quality of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Department at MAN Palangka Raya City. (2) describe the implementation of the quality of learning in the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Department at MAN Palangka Raya City. (3) describe the evaluation of the learning quality of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Department at MAN Palangka Raya City, and (4) describe the quality control of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Department learning at MAN Palangka Raya City.
This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Collection data through interviews, observation and documentation. Primary data sources including the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Teachers, the informants in this study were students of class XI MIPA 1. Validation of data using source triangulation and mastulation method. The analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verifying data.
The results showed that: (1) In quality planning teacher learning prepares lesson plans according to the syllabus and tools learning. The preparation of the RPP is carried out individually and in groups through MGMP. Learning quality planning develops from Permendikbud No. 20 of 2016 concerning Graduate Competency Standards Primary and Secondary Education, and Permendikbud No. 21 Year 2016 About Content Standards for Primary and Secondary Education. (2) In the implementation of quality In learning, the teacher carries out preliminary, core, and closing activities. The implementation of the quality of learning is in accordance with Permendikbud No. 22 years 2016 concerning Standards for Secondary Primary Education Processes. (3) In evaluation the quality of learning, the Head of Madrasah holds a joint meeting. Assesment of learning outcomes is carried out by educators, education units and the government. Assessment of learning outcomes is in accordance with Permendikbud No. 23 2016 concerning Educational Assessment Standards. (4) Under quality control learning is carried out by the Head of the Madrasah assisted by the Deputy Head of Curriculum or senior teacher. The supervision carried out includes preparation, learning activities teaching, and learning management. Learning quality control has been according to KMA No. 624 of 2021 concerning Supervision Guidelines Learning at Madrasas.
