Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari pentingnya peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual melalui penerapan religious culture di sekolah. Untuk itu rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Apa saja bentuk religious culture dalam peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sampit 2) Bagaimana penerapan religious culture dalam peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sampit dan 3) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penerapan religious culture dalam peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sampit.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sampit yang berjumlah 7 orang yang ditentukkan dengan teknik porposive sampling, sedangkan yang menjadi informan adalah 2 orang guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, 1 orang wali kelas, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan koleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Bentuk religious culture dalam peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sampit terdiri dari (a) shalat berjamaah (b) tadarus Al-Qur’an (c) 3S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam) dan (d) berpakaian menutup aurat. 2) Penerapan religious culture di SMK Negeri 1 Sampit yaitu (a) 3S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam) dapat direalisasikan dengan mengucapkan “Assalamualaikum” bagi siswa yang beragama Islam dan mengucapkan “selamat pagi” bagi siswa yang non muslim. (b) Shalat berjamaah dilaksanakan di mushalla dengan 3 kali berjamaah. (c) Tadarus Al-Qur’an dibiasakan sebelum memulai pembelajaran PAI sekitar 5-10 menit yang diterapkan melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas dan dapat diterapkan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PRIS. (d) Berpakaian menutup aurat sudah diterapkan oleh siswa perempuan yang beragama Islam karena efek metodologi pembelajaran yang diterapkan melalui penerapan tadarus Al-Qur’an yang mengharuskan mereka untuk berpakaian menutup aurat. 3) Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan dari pimpinan yang telah mendukung penerapan religious culture dalam peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, dukungan dari guru yang telah mendukung penerapan religious culture dalam peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, dan tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Kemudian faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya motivasi dan minat para siswa yang belum bisa membaca Al-Qur’an, lingkungan keluarga yang kurang harmonis menyebabkan siswa tidak bisa membaca Al-Qur’an.

ABSTRACT

This research departs from the importance of increasing intelligence through the application of religious culture in schools. For this reason, the formulation of the problem in this research are 1) What are the forms of religious culture in increasing the spiritual intelligence of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sampit 2) How is the application of religious culture in increasing the spiritual intelligence of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sampit and 3) What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors the application of religious culture in increasing the spiritual intelligence of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sampit.

This research used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Sampit, totaling 7 people who were determined using a purposive sampling technique, while the informants were 2 teachers of Islamic Religious Education, 1 homeroom teacher, and the principal. The data validation technique in this study used source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding.

The results showed that 1) The form of religious culture in increasing the spiritual intelligence of students of SMK Negeri 1 Sampit consisted of (a) 3S (Smile, Greet, Greeting) (b) tadarus Al-Qur’an (c) praying in the congregation and (d) dress cover the nakedness. 2) The application of religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Sampit, namely (a) 3S (Smile, Greet, Greeting) can be realized by saying "Assalamualaikum" to students who are Muslim and saying "good morning" to students who are non-Muslims. (b) Congregational prayers are held in the mushalla 3 times in the congregation. (c) Tadarrus Al-Qur’an is accustomed to starting PAI learning for about 5-10 minutes which is applied through teaching and learning activities in class and can be applied through PRIS extracurricular activities. (d) Dressing to cover the aurat has been applied by female students who are Muslim because of the effect of the learning methodology applied through the application of the tadarrus Al-Qur’an which requires them to dress to cover their aurat. 3) Supporting factors include support from leaders who have supported the application of religious culture in increasing students’ spiritual intelligence, support from teachers who have supported the application of religious culture in increasing students’ spiritual intelligence, and the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Then the inhibiting factors are the lack of motivation and interest of students who have not been able to read the Qur’an, a family environment that is less harmonious causing students to not be able to read the Qur’an.
