Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi suami istri yang bermasalah dalam rumah tangganya untuk mediasi di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Pahandut namun mediasi tersebut gagal, sehingga permasalahan yang peneliti teliti mengenai penyebab kegagalan dalam mediasi pasangan suami istri oleh Badan Penasehatan Pembinaan dan Pelestarian Perkawinan (BP4) di masa pandemi covid-19 di Kecamatan Pahandut dan solusi kegagalan mediasi pasangan suami istri oleh BP4 di masa pandemi covid-19 di Kecamatan Pahandut. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggali data untuk bertujuan mengetahui penyebab-penyebab kegagalan mediasi pasangan suami istri oleh BP4 di masa pandemi covid-19 dan mengetahui solusi kegagalan mediasi pasangan suami istri oleh BP4 di masa pandemi covid-19 di Kecamatan Pahandut. Metode penelitian ini ialah termasuk kepada penelitian kualitatif atau juga disebut dengan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian ini ialah menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat subjek, subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah tiga orang pihak KUA atau pihak BP4 dan tiga orang yang gagal mediasi di KUA. Hasil penelitian: faktor yang menyebaban kegagalan dalam mediasi pasangan suami istri oleh BP4 di masa pandemi covid-19 di Kecamatan Pahandut ialah karena rumah tangga, egois, tidak ada itikad baik, pasangan usia muda, keluarga, dan solusi kegagalan mediasi pasangan suami istri oleh BP4 di masa pandemi covid-19 di Kecamatan Pahandut ialah perdamaian, keluarga, dan tahap penyelesaian.

ABSTRACT

This research was motivated by a husband and wife having problems in their household for mediation at the Pahandut Religious Affairs Office (KUA) but the mediation failed. So that the problems that the researchers examined were regarding the causes of failure in the mediation of married couples by the Advisory Board for the Guidance and Preservation of Marriage (BP4) during the covid-19 pandemic in Pahandut District and the solution to the failure of husband and wife mediation by BP4 during the covid-19 pandemic in Pahandut District. . In this study, researchers explored data to aim to find out the causes of the failure of husband and wife mediation by BP4 during the covid-19 pandemic and find solutions to the failure of husband and wife mediation by BP4 during the covid-19 pandemic in Pahandut District. This research method is included in qualitative research or also called field research. This research is using observation, interview and documentation techniques. In this study there were subjects, the subjects in this study were three KUA parties or BP4 parties and three people who failed to mediate at KUA. The results of the study: the factors that caused failure in the mediation of married couples by BP4 during the covid-19 pandemic in Pahandut District were due to household, selfishness, no good faith, young couples, family, and the solution to the failure of husband and wife mediation by BP4 During the COVID-19 pandemic in Pahandut District, there are peace, family, and the stage of completion.
