Abstract
The needs of good social skill is important for children to adapt around their environment so that they are able to socialize and cooperate with others during their growth. The children who have social problem find it difficult in interracting and blending in with their environment. The social skill for elementary school can be improved by intervention through behavioristic approach. This research aimed at knowing reinforcement technique can increase the children's social skill. The method of this study was qualitative descriptive. The researcher observed male student in the second grade and 6 of his close relation as data collection. The result of this study revealed that the subject is succeed at increasing the academic and pair achivement. However, the subject does not have show any change for three aspects. In conclusion, reinforcement technique cannot improve the students' elementary school social skill.
