Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang prosedur kelayakan pengajuan kredit mobil, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat diterima dan ditolaknya permohonan kredit di PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Palangka Raya. Serta melihat prosedur kredit dalam sudut pandang ekonomi Islam. PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Cabang Palangka Raya menetapkan kebijakan dalam pemberian kredit dan menetapkan standart untuk menerima dan menolak risiko kredit.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 orang karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Palangka Raya yaitu OH (Operation Head), ARMH (AR Manager Head) dan CSO (Customer Servive Officer) dan nasabah yang masih aktif dalam kredit di perusahaan tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan data collection, data reduction, data display dan varification.
Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur kelayakan pengajuan kredit mobil melalui 6 (enam) tahapan, yaitu permohonan kredit, investigasi, survey, analisa kredit, keputusan kredit, dan penandatanganan kredit. Faktor Pendukung dan faktor penghambat diterima dan ditolaknya permohonan kredit dapat dilihat dari prinsip 5C yaitu character, capacity, capital, collateral, dan condition of economy. Sedangkan prosedur kelayakan pengajuan kredit mobil dalam ekonomi Islam jual beli al-taqsith diperbolehkan karena berdasarkan atas suka sama suka dan terdapat keridhaan pada kedua pihak dan sepakat dalam menjalani jual beli dengan sistem kredit.
ABSTRACT
This study examines the procedure for applying for a car loan, supporting factors and inhibiting factors for accepting and rejecting credit applications at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Palangka Raya. As well as looking at credit procedures from the point of view of Islamic economics. PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Palangka Raya Branch establishes policies in lending and sets standards for accepting and rejecting credit risk.
This research is a field research using qualitative methods. The subjects in this study consisted of 3 employees who worked at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Palangka Raya, namely OH (Operation Head), ARMH (AR Manager Head) and CSO (Customer Servive Officer) and customers who are still active in credit at the company. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and verification.
The results of this study can be concluded that the eligibility procedure for applying for a car loan goes through 6 (six) stages, namely credit application, investigation, survey, credit analysis, credit decision, and credit signing. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for accepting and rejecting credit applications can be seen from the 5C principles, namely character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of economy. While the eligibility procedure for applying for a car loan in Islamic economics, al-taqsith buying and selling is allowed because it is based on consensual and there is pleasure on both parties and agrees to carry out a sale and purchase with a credit system.
