Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas Praktik Makelar Dalam Jual Beli Sepeda Motor Bekas di Kota Palangka Raya Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini terdapat dua rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana Praktik Makelar pada jual beli motor bekas dan pandangan Ekonomi Islam pada praktik makelar jual beli motor bekas. Tujuannya untuk mendeskripsikan, memahami, dan mengetahui Praktik Makelar dalam Jual Beli Sepeda Motor Bekas di Kota Palangkaraya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitian adalah pelaku makelar sepeda motor bekas di Kota Palangka Raya yang terdiri dari 8 orang subjek, yaitu 5 orang makelar dan 3 orang informan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian peneliti menggunakan analisis data dengan menjabarkan, menggambarkan, dan meringkas berbagai kondisi.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Jasa seorang Makelar sangat berpengaruh terhadap penjualan sepeda motor bekas di Kota Palangka Raya, karena dengan adanya makelar memberikan kemudahan dalam memenuh keperluan kendaraan seperti sepeda motor bekas. Praktik Makelar jual beli motor bekas di Kota Palangka Raya menurut perspektif Ekonomi Islam diperbolehkan oleh Syariat Islam karena praktik makelar memudahkan dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli sepeda motor bekas. Bentuk pertanggung jawaban yang diberikan makelar terhadap konsumen sebelum pembelian motor yaitu berupa penyampaian informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen, mendampingi konsumen dalam setiap pemeriksaan sampai pada negosiasi. Selanjutnya, pertanggung jawaban yang diberikan makelar kepada konsumen setelah pembelian makelar tetap memposisikan diri sebagai yang menghubungkan kedua belah pihak yang bertransaksi.

ABSTRACT

This study discusses the practice of brokers in the sale and purchase of used motorcycles in the city of Palangka Raya with an Islamic economic perspective. In this research, there are two formulations of the problem, namely how the practice of brokers in buying and selling used motorcycles and the view of Islamic Economics on the practice of brokers buying and selling used motorcycles. The aim is to describe, understand, and know the practice of brokers in the sale and purchase of used motorcycles in the city of Palangkaraya.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, the research subjects are used motorcycle brokers in Palangka Raya City consisting of 7 subjects, namely 5 brokers and 3 informants. Data collection techniques in the study used observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the researcher uses data analysis by describing, describing, and summarizing various conditions.

The results of this study indicate that the services of a broker are very influential on the sale of used motorcycles in the city of Palangka Raya, because the presence of a broker provides convenience in meeting the needs of vehicles such as used motorcycles. The practice of buying and selling used motorbikes in Palangka Raya City according to the perspective of Islamic Economics is allowed by Islamic Shari'a because the practice of brokers makes it easier to make transactions for buying and selling used motorbikes. The form of responsibility that brokers give to consumers before buying a motorbike is in the form of delivering information according to consumer needs, assisting consumers in every inspection to negotiation. Furthermore, the responsibility that the broker gives to consumers after purchasing the broker still positions itself as a link between the two parties who transact.
