Abstract

MAN Model Palangka Raya adalah sekolah binaan dari kantor kementerian Agama yang berstatus Negeri dan berprestasi sangat membanggakan, serta kelulusan mencapai 100 % betarap Nasional (UAMMN) dan lulus Ujian Nasional (UN), dan terakreditasi A.
Berdasarkan paparan di atas maka penulis menelitidenganjudul Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan di MAN Model Palangka Raya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menjawab permasalahan penelitian sebagai berikut: 1). Bagaimana standar mutu Pendidikan di MAN Model Palangka Raya sesuai Standar Nasional Pendidikan, yang meliputi : (a) Bagaimana standar proses di MAN Model Palangka Raya; (b) Bagaimana standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di MAN Model Palangka Raya; (c) Bagaimana standar kelulusan di MAN Model Palangka Raya. 2). Bagaimana ketercapaian standar mutu pendidikan di MAN Model Palangka Raya.
Tempat penelitian ini di MAN Model Palangka Raya jalan tjilik Riwut km. 4,5Palangka Raya. Waktu Penelitian selama 6 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah dan wakamad sebagai informan , guru dan tenaga kependidikan dan alumni. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yaitumenggunakantrasferbilitas, akuntabilitas, reliabilitas, kredibilitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu pendidikan di MAN Model Palangka Raya dengan pemenuhan mutu Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) terlampauinya standar proses yaitu adanya standar prosedur mutu proses, terpenuhinya minimal standar mutu pembelajaran dan minimal prosesdur evaluasi, terlampauainya standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan terlampauinya standar kompetensi lulusan. MAN Model Palangka raya sudah terlampauai pagu mutu pendidikan. Pencapaian penjaminan mutu pendidikan di MAN Model Palangka Raya adanya monitoring sebagai dideteksi dini tidak adanya penyimpangan yang terjadi pada proses , adanya evaluasi sebagai informasi untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar siswa dan guru. Adanya tenaga pendidik sudah mengikuti sertifikasi pendidikan dan sesuai dengan kualifikasi bidangnya. Madrasah sudah terakreditasi A merupakan penilaian kelayakan satuan pendidikan dan tercapainya ujian nasionalmerupakan pencapaian kompetensi lulusan secara nasional

MAN Model Palangkaraya is the partner schools of the ministries of Religious Affairs and the status is very proud achievement, and graduation reach 100% of the National level (UAMMN) and pass the National Exam (UN), and is accredited A.
Based on the explanation above, the writer was interested in and choose the title of Education Quality Assurance in MAN Model Palangka Raya. The purpose of this studywas to answer the problem of this research as follows: 1). How did the quality standards of education in MAN Model Palangka Raya accordance to National Education Standards, which include: (a) How does the standards process at MAN Model Palangka Raya; (b) What are the standards of teachers and educators in MAN Model Palangka Raya; (c) How does the passing standards in MAN Model Palangka Raya. 2). How does the achievement of quality standards of education in MAN Model Palangka Raya.
The place of this researchis MAN Model Palangkaraya at Jl.TjilikRiwut km. 4,5Palangka Raya. The time of the research was 6 months. This study used qualitative methods. The data collectiondid by observation, interview and documentation. The subjects of this research were headmaster and wakamad as an informant, teachers and educators, and alumni. The validity of the data by usingtrasferbilitas, accountability, reliability, credibility.
The results showed that: Implementation of quality assurance in MAN Model Palangkaraya to the fulfillment of the quality of National Education Standards (NES) exceeding the standard process that is the standard procedure process quality fulfillment of minimum quality standards of learning and minimal evaluation procedures, the standard of teachers and education personnel and exceeding graduate competence standard too much. MAN Model highway Palangkaraya already too ceiling of the quality of education. Achievement of quality assurance in MAN Model Palangkaraya for monitoring as early detected no irregularities occur in the process, the evaluation as information to assess the success of the learning process of students and teachers. The presence of educators have followed the education and certification in accordance with the qualification field. Madrasah has accredited an assessment of the feasibility of the education unit and the achievement of national exams is the achievement of national competency
