Abstract

This paper wants to examine and present the use of maqasid alsyari‘ah as a methodical analytical tool as an analytical material/tool in a scientific paper. The number of people who use the maqasid al-syari‘ah method as an analytical tool do not know that in using this method there are several steps that need to be carried out before using the maqasid al-syari‘ah method as material. Analysis. This writing method is library research writing where the elements of the maqasid al-syari‘ah method are used as analytical materials in academic writing. This of course must be seen from some of the literature on the use of the maqasid alsyari‘ah method in providing direction for people to use the method, it is necessary to have a systematic use of it as an analytical tool.
