Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak pada pembelajaran kearifan lokal tidak hanya dilaksanakan pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Tetapi juga harus dilaksanakan pada intra kurikuler seperti pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku pengayaan yang berbasis kearifan lokal Kalimantan Tengah sehingga dapat digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) bagaimana proses pengembangan buku pengayaan berbasis kearifan lokal pada pembelajaran tematik kelas IV, (2) bagaimana kelayakan buku pengayaan berbasis kearifan lokal pada pembelajaran tematik kelas IV.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D) yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode ADDIE dengan tahapan analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket (ahli materi, ahli desain, uji coba perorangan sebanyak dua orang, dan uji coba kelompok kecil dengan jumlah siswa delapan orang yang dilakukan di MIN 1 Kota Palangka Raya).

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku pengayaan yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan total skor 134 dengan persentase kelayakan 83,75% kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Penilaian ahli desain mendapatkan total skor 125 dengan persentase kelayakan 92,59% kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Tanggapan siswa berdasarkan uji coba perorangan total skor yang diperoleh adalah 135 dengan persentase kelayakan 96,42% kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh total skor 524 dengan persentase kelayakan 93,57% kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Dengan demikian, buku pengayaan berbasis kearifan lokal pada pembelajaran tematik kelas IV yang dikembangkan sudah valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

ABSTRACT

The research background based on local wisdom that not only implemented in extracurricular activity. But also must be implemented in intra curricular like learning in the class. Research objective was to produced enrichment book based on local wisdom of Kalimantan Tengah and can be used in learning process. Research problems were (1) how was the development process of enrichment book based on local wisdom on fourth grade thematic learning, (2) How was the appropriateness of enrichment book based on local wisdom on fourth grade thematic learning.

This study was Research & Development (R&D) which developed by using ADDIE method with some phases like Analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Research analysis was qualitative and quantitative. Research instruments were observation, documentation and questionnaire (validator, designer, individual try out did to two people, small group try out did to eight students at MIN 1 Palangka Raya).

The result showed that enrichment book which developed has been fulfilled the requirement to use in the learning process. Based on validator’s assessment got 134 score with 83.75% appropriateness percentage as “very appropriate” criteria. Based on designer’s assessment got 125 score with 92.59% appropriateness percentage as “very appropriate” criteria. Based on students’ responses on individual try out got 135 score with 96.42% appropriateness percentage as “very appropriate” criteria. Try out on small group got 93.57% appropriateness percentage as “very appropriate” criteria. So, the enrichment book based on local wisdom on fourth grade thematic learning which developed has already valid and appropriate to be used in learning.
