Abstract

Anak bekebutuhan khusus adalah mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus sementara atau permanen sehingga membutuhkan pelayanan pendidikan yang lebih intens. Terkait dengan problematika pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SLB yang menjadi fokus penelitian yaitu tunagrahita dan autis. Kunci keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran ditentukan oleh beberapa komponen, diantaranya guru, siswa, materi, metode, media dan evaluasi. Meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat problem, namun pihak sekolah berusaha mencari solusinya untuk mengatasi problematika tersebut.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB se kecamatan Katingan Hilir; 2) problematik pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SLB se kecamatan Katingan Hilir; 3) Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi problematik pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SLB se kecamatan Katingan Hilir kabupaten Katingan.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan dalam pembahasannya menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik penggalian data dilakukan dengan observasi terhadap 4 orang guru PAI, kepala sekolah dan orang tua ABK, dilengkapi melalui dokumen sekolah.

Hasil temuan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam memuat komponen pembelajaran yang saling berkaitan, yaitu guru, siswa, materi, metode, media dan evaluasi; 2) Problematika yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah kualifikasi guru yang tidak lulusan PLB, lamban dan kurang fokusnya siswa, target materi yang tidak selesai, metode yang menoton, kurangnya media pembelajaran, kesulitan guru dalam evaluasi dan pembelajaran Luring serta Lingkungan sosial kurang menerima keberadaan ABK; 3) Solusi yang dilakukan adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua bekerja sama dalam mengatasi problem intenal di sekolah dan bekerja sama memantau perkembangan belajar anak selama di rumah serta memberikan pengertian kepada masyarakat untuk menerima keberadaan mereka di lingkungan sosial tempat mereka tinggal; 4) Problematika pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI bagi ABK dapat diatasi dengan solusi yang diberikan ternyata sesuai dengan konsep dasar pembelajaran Adaptif.

Abstract

Children with special needs are those who have temporary or permanent special needs so they need more intense educational services. Relate with the Implementations problems of Islamic Education learning in special school, the teacher who teach not from special education but graduate from PGSD, PKN and Economy, class teacher also as Islamic Education teacher so the non-muslim teacher who teach Islamic Education, so make them difficult in convey the material, inadequate media and difficult when evaluation. The research problems are : 1) How is the implementation of Islamic Education learning for children with special needs at Special School (SLB) ; 2) How is the implementation problems in Islamic Education at Special School (SLB) ; 3) What are the solutions to solve the implementation problems in Islamic Education at Special School (SLB).

The purpose of this research are to describe: 1) The implementation of Islamic Education learning for children with special needs in special schools (SLB) in Katingan Hilir sub-district; 2) implementation problem of Islamic Religious Education learning in special schools in Katingan Hilir sub-district; 3) Solutions that can do to solve implementation problem of Islamic Education learning in SLB in Katingan Hilir sub-district, Katingan district.

This research used qualitative research and also used descriptive methods. The data collection technique used observation toward 4 teachers of Islamic Education, Principal, and Parents from Children with special needs, completed through school documents.

The result showed that: 1) The implementation of Islamic Education learning still not maximal because the teachers’ qualification who did not graduate from special education so make them difficult in mastery the material, method, media and evaluation. Beside that, sometime the students’ emotion unstable so make the problem in its implementation ; 2) The teacher who did not graduate from Special Education, lack of focuses from students, difficult in material, monotone method, lack of learning media, difficult in evaluation : 3) The solution was propose to Dinas Provinsi about there was no Islamic Education teacher, lack of focus from playing therapy for children, simplify the material, combine two methods, gave the remedial for the students after evaluation. Implementation Problem in Islamic Education learning for children with special needs can be solved with solution that given appropriate with basic concept of Adaptive learning.
