Abstract

Magang 3 merupakan mata kuliah wajib dengan bobot 2 SKS yang menekankan pada kemampuan praktik mengajar di kelas. Magang 3 pertama kali dilaksanakan pada tahun 2020 oleh mahasiswa semester 7 prodi PGMI IAIN Palangka Raya angkatan 2017 yang mengacu pada kurikulum PGMI tahun 2017 dan MIN 3 Kota Palangka Raya merupakan salah satu tempat pelaksanaan magang 3. Pelaksanaan magang 3 dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan tentu menghadapi berbagai permasalahan. Masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu; (1) Bagaimana perencanaan program magang 3 prodi PGMI pada masa pandemi covid-19?, (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan magang 3 prodi PGMI di MIN 3 Kota Palangka Raya pada masa pandemi covid-19?, (3) Apa saja kendala-kendala magang 3 prodi PGMI di MIN 3 Kota Palangka Raya pada masa pandemi covid-19?. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan kendala-kendala magang 3 prodi PGMI pada masa pandemi covid-19 di MIN 3 Kota Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Ketua panitia Magang 3 dan informan adalah mahasiswa magang 10 orang, guru pamong 3 orang, dosen pembimbing 2 orang dan kepala madrasah. Objek penelitian ini adalah kendala pelaksanaan magang 3 prodi PGMI pada masa pandemi covid-19 di MIN 3 Kota Palagka Raya. pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber.

Hasil penelitian; (1) Perencanaan magang 3 karena pandemi covid-19 panitia mengambil langkah membuat alternatif kedua pelaksanaan magang 3 pada masa pandemi covid-19. (2). Pelaksanaan magang 3 dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kurikulum PGMI Tahun 2017 dan dilaksanakan langsung di Sekolah, namun pada kegiatan praktik mengajar di kelas dilakukan secara daring. Pelaksanaan magang 3 juga bersamaan dengan kegiatan KKN lembaga dan kegiatan pengabdian dosen. (3) Kendala-kendala yang di hadapi; Karena pandemi, panitia sulit dalam melakukan komunikasi dan merencanakan magang 3, praktik mengajar dilaksanakan secara daring, membuat media pembelajaran yang mudah dipahami siswa, siswa tidak sepenuhnya memahami materi, siswa tidak tepat waktu dalam mengumpulkan tugas. Kegiatan KKN lembaga dan kegiatan pengabdian dosen juga mejadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan magang 3 di MIN 3 Kota Palangka Raya Pada Masa Pandemi covid-19.

ABSTRACT

Internship 3 is a compulsory subject with a weight of 2 credits which emphasizes the ability to practice teaching in the classroom. Internship 3 was first held in 2020 by 7th-semester students of the 2017 PGMI IAIN Palangka Raya study program which refers to the 2017 PGMI curriculum and MIN 3 Palangka Raya City is one of the places for internship 3. The implementation of internship 3 is carried out during the covid-19 pandemic and of course, faces various problems. The problems in this research are; (1) How is the internship program planned for 3 PGMI study programs during the covid-19 pandemic?, (2) How is the internship program for 3 PGMI study programs at MIN 3 Palangka Raya City during the covid-19 pandemic?, (3) What are the obstacles to internships 3 PGMI study programs at MIN 3 Palangka Raya City during the covid-19 pandemic?. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and constraints of the internship of 3 PGMI study programs during the covid-19 pandemic at MIN 3 Palangka Raya City.

This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection was done by interview, documentation, and observation. The analysis used by the researcher is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The subject of this research is the Chairperson of the Internship Committee 3 and the informants are 10 apprentice students, 3 civil servant teachers, 2 supervisors, and the head of the madrasa. The object of this research is the problem of implementing internships for 3 PGMI study programs during the covid-19 pandemic at MIN 3, Palangka Raya City. validation of data using source triangulation.

Research result; (1) Planning for internship 3 due to the covid-19 pandemic, the committee took steps to make a second alternative for implementing internship 3 during the covid-19 pandemic. (2). The implementation of internship 3 is carried out by the 2017 PGMI curriculum and is carried out directly in schools, but teaching practice activities in the classroom are carried out online. The implementation of internship 3 also coincides with institutional KKN activities and lecturer service activities. (3) the constraints faced; Due to the pandemic, the committee has difficulty communicating and planning internships 3, teaching practices are carried out online, making learning media easy for students to understand, students do not fully understand the material, students are not punctual in submitting assignments. Institutional KKN activities and lecturer service activities have also become obstacles in the implementation of internship 3 at MIN 3 Palangka Raya City during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
