Abstract
Dalam keadaan pandemi Covid-19, SMK Karsa Mulya tetap menyelenggarakan pendidikan karakter. Keberhasilan program pendidikan karakter tidak bisa hanya dilihat dari pada proses pelaksanaannya, melainkan harus dilihat dari keseluruhan manajemen, yaitu dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pross perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pada Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian di SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. Subyek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, informan penelitian, Ketua Tim PPK, Waka Kurikulum, Waka Kesiswaan, dan Komite. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan induktif. Proses penelitiannya meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data sedangkan teknik pengabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode.
Hasil penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Perencanaan pendidikan karakter di SMK Karsa Mulya dilaksanakan melalui rapat perencanaan program saat menjelang awal tahun ajaran yang melibatkan semua setakeholder sekolah, komite dan tokoh masyarakat. Perencanaan yang dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan keadaan masa pandemi Covid-19, hasil evaluasi program dan analis SWOT . Rapat yang dilakukan membahas seluruh perencanaan pendidikan karakter dalam satu tahun ke depan, termasuk pembagian tugas, langkah-langakah pelaksanaan, penyusunan jadwal, dan penyusunan instrumen pengawasan, 2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di SMK Karsa Mulya dilakukan secara firtual dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom sesuai jadwal yang telah di tetapkan. Dalam pelaksanaan kepala sekolah memastikan program benar-benar terlaksana sesuai perencanaan dengan terus melakukan pemantauan pada setiap program yang dilakukan dan melakukan koordinasi pada berbagai pihak, memberikan motivasi dan arahan pada para bawahan, 3) Pengawasan pendidikan karakter di SMK Karsa Mulya dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan selalu mengikuti seluruh jalanya kegiatan zoom yang dilakukan melalui 2 (dua) kegiatan yaitu monitoring yang dilaksanakan pada saat kegiatan berlangsung dan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Pengawasan dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai pengawas interen dan komite serta pengawas sekolah dari dinas pendidikan sebagai pengawas eksteren, pengawasan yang dilakukan juga sudah menggunakan instrumen pengawasan.
ABSTRACT
In a state of the Covid-19 pandemic, Karsa Mulya Vocational School continues to organize character education. The success of character education programs cannot only be seen from the implementation process, but must be seen from the overall management, namely from the planning, implementation and supervision processes. This study aims to determine and analyze how the planning, implementation and supervision of the Character Education Management at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya is conducted.
This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya. The research subjects were the principal, research informants, PPK Team Leader, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, and the Committee. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, then data analysis techniques are carried out inductively. The research process includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, while the data validation technique is carried out using source and method triangulation techniques.
The results of this study include: 1) Planning for character education at SMK Karsa Mulya is carried out through a program planning meeting at the beginning of the school year involving all school stakeholders, committees and community leaders. Planning carried out by considering the state of the Covid-19 pandemic, the results of program evaluations and SWOT analysts. The meeting was held to discuss all planning for character education in the next year, including the division of tasks, implementation steps, schedule preparation, and preparation of supervision instruments, 2) The implementation of character education at Karsa Mulya Vocational School is carried out in a virtual manner using the Zoom application according to the scheduled schedule. has been established. In implementing the school principal ensures that the program is actually carried out according to plan by continuing to monitor each program carried out and coordinate with various parties, provide motivation and direction to subordinates, 3) Supervision of character education at SMK Karsa Mulya is carried out by the principal with always follow the entire course of zoom activities which are carried out through 2 (two) activities, namely monitoring which is carried out during the activity and evaluation which is carried out after the activity takes place. Supervision is carried out by the principal as an internal supervisor and committees and school supervisors from the education office as external supervisors, the supervision carried out has also used supervisory instruments.
