Abstract

Penelitian ini memuat tentang mekanisme dan konsep ji’alah pada member affiliate marketing Taqychan Saffron di kota Palangka Raya dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya model bisnis dalam dunia e-commerce untuk diterapkan. Salah satu model bisnis yang cukup populer dan dikatakan minim risiko adalah affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing adalah model bisnis dengan sistem pemberiaan fee atau komisi untuk jasa seseorang, setelah orang tersebut berhasil menjualkan barang atau jasa melalui pemasaran di Internet. Maka dari itu Taqychan Saffron membuka affiliate marketing untuk mempromosikan produknya secara lebih luas. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada dua permasalahan yaitu, (1) mekanisme (cara kerja) dari affiliate marketing; (2) konsep ji’alah dalam affiliate marketing pada member Taqychan Saffron Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Member Affiliate Marketing Taqychan Saffron yang berjumlah empat orang, serta tiga orang informan yaitu pelanggan Taqychan Saffron. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi partisipatif aktif, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling serta teknik wawancara terstruktur. Penelitian ini turut menggunakan metode pengabsahan data berupa triangulasi sumber serta menggunakan teknik dokumentasi guna mengumpulkan data berupa bahan tertulis, gambar, serta catatan lainnya.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, affiliate marketing Taqychan Saffron mempromosikan produknya dengan konten promosi yang telah disediakan, membagikan link website Taqychan Saffron dan membantu konsumen membeli dengan menggunakan kode referral untuk mendapatkan komisi. Kemudian yang kedua, untuk konsep ji’alah dalam affiliate marketing ini diambil dari penjualan per produk dari website Taqychan Saffron dan akan mendapatkan komisi 15%. Selain itu ada juga tambahan 5% bonus royalti dari member yang telah direkrut dan mereka aktif berjualan. Maka itulah yang akan terhitung dalam jumlah rupiah yang akan ditransfer secara berkala setiap bulannya.

ABSTRACT

This research contains about The mechanism and concept of ji’alah on members affiliate marketing Taqychan Saffron in the city of Palangka Raya in the perspective of Islamic economics. This research is motivated by the many business models in the world of e-commerce to be applied. One of the business models that is quite popular and is said to be minimal risk is affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is a business model with a system of giving fees or commissions for someone’s services, after that person successful in selling goods or services through marketing on the Internet. So therefore Taqychan Saffron opened affiliate marketing for promote their products more widely. This research is focused on two problems, namely, (1) the mechanism (how it works) of affiliate marketing; (2) ji’alah concept in affiliate marketing on members of Taqychan Saffron Palangka Raya.

This research is a type of field research using descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were Affiliate Marketing Member Taqychan Saffron who numbered four people, as well as three informants, namely customers Taqychan Saffron. As for data collection techniques using active participatory observation techniques, using purposive sampling technique and structured interview techniques. This study also uses data validation methods in the form of source triangulation and uses documentation techniques to collect data in the form of written materials, pictures, and other notes.

The results of this study indicate that first, affiliate marketing Taqychan Saffron promotes its products with promotional content that has been provided, shares the Taqychan Saffron website link and helps consumers buy using referral codes to earn commissions. Then the second, for the concept of ji’alah affiliate marketing is taken from sales per product from the Taqychan Saffron website and will get a 15% commission. Besides that there is also an additional 5% royalty bonus from members who have been recruited and they are actively selling. Then that will be calculated in the amount of rupiah that will be transferred periodically every month.
