Abstract

Manajemen Kurikulum Boarding School sebagai suatu pengembangan sekaligus pembaharuan dalam pengelolaan pesantren serta tujuan pendidikan Islam. Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’rifah Sampit merupakan satu-satunya Pondok Pesantren di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan dan sains. Pondok Pesantren ini menganggap bahwa sekolah yang paling cocok dengan kondisi pemuda atau anak-anak zaman sekarang adalah sekolah yang berbasis Boarding School agar lebih bisa memantau kehidupan siswa dalam kesehariannya sehingga terbentuk kepribadian yang lebih religius, berilmu pengetahuan agama dan pengetahuan umum yang luas serta menjalankan syariat islam dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan visinya untuk mewujudkan umat yang rahmatan lil ‘alamin.

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu: Bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan Kurikulum Boarding School di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’rifah Sampit. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan Kurikulum Boarding School di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’rifah Sampit.

Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Pengurus Yayasan Darul Ma’rifah berjumlah satu orang dan informannya Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren, Ustadz atau Pengurus Asrama serta Siswa di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’rifah Sampit. Analisis data yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan atau data diverifikasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara: teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1.Perencanaan Kurikulum Boarding School Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’rifah bersifat Integratif bahwa tujuan penyelenggaraan Kurikulum Boarding School di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’rifah yang utama sejak awal adalah internalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan dan sains sesuai dengan visinya untuk mewujudkan umat yang rahmatan lil ‘alamiin. 2. Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Boarding School Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’rifah bersifat operasional bahwa pelaksanaan kurikulum dalam hal menyusun jadwal pelajaran, kegiatan asrama, pembagian tugas guru dan penempatan siswa dalam kelas terlaksana dengan baik, meskipun ada beberapa yang belum terlaksana seperti pelaksanaan penyusunan struktur program, kalender pendidikan dan rencana mengajar. 3. Evaluasi pelaksanaan Kurikulum Boarding School Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’rifah Sampit bersifat Komprehensif yaitu evaluasi Akademik yang meliputi ketercapaian dalam pelajaran umum maupun pelajaran diniyah serta hafalan bahasa arab sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Meskipun demikian evaluasi Non Akademik yang meliputi rapat pimpinan baik pimpianan Pondok maupun Pimpinan SMP belum pernah terlaksana karena kurang koordinasi.

ABSTRACT

Management of the Boarding School curriculum is not only a development but also a renewal in the management of Islamic boarding schools and the objectives of Islamic education. Darul Ma'rifah Islamic Boarding School is the only Islamic BoardingSchoolin East Kotawaringin Regency which has its own uniqueness by integrating religious and scientific values. This Islamic boarding school considers that the school which is most suitable for the conditions of youth or children recently is a boarding school based school so that it can better control student activities in their daily lives in order to form a more religious personality, both religious and broad general knowledge and implement sharia. Islam properly in accordance with its vision to create a people who are rahmatan lil 'alamin.

The formulation of the research problem is: How to plan, implement and evaluate the implementation of the Boarding School Curriculum in Darul Ma'rifah Islamic Boarding School. The objective is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of the implementation of the Boarding School Curriculum at Darul Ma'rifah Islamic Boarding School.

Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The research subjects were the management of the Darul Ma'rifah Foundation and the informants were the Board of Directors of the Islamic Boarding School, Ustadz and Students at the Darul Ma'rifah Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis conducted, namely: data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions or verified data. The technique of checking the validity of the data werecarried out by means of: source, time and also techniquestriangulation.

The results showed: 1. The planning of the Boarding School Curriculum for Darul Ma'rifah Islamic Boarding School is Integrative that the purpose of organizing the Boarding School Curriculum at Darul Ma'rifah Islamic Boarding School is the internalization of religious and scientific values in accordance with its vision to create a people who are rahmatan lil 'alamin. 2. The implementation of the Darul Ma'rifah Boarding School Boarding School Curriculum is operational in that the implementation of the curriculum in terms of compiling lesson schedules, boarding activities, division of teacher duties and placement of students in class is carried out well, although there have not been implemented such as the implementation of program structure preparation, the educational calendar. and teaching plans. 3. Evaluation of the implementation of the Boarding School Curriculum for Darul Ma'rifah Islamic Boarding School is Comprehensive, namely Academic evaluation which includes achievement in general lessons and diniyah lessons as well as memorization of Arabic. Even so, the non-academic evaluation which includes the leadership meeting of both the boarding school and junior high school leaders has never been carried out due to lack of coordinatio
