Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan suatu usaha, salah satunya agar para pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) mengetahui pemasukan dan pengeluaran yang dihabiskan serta dapat mengurangi pengeluaran yang tidak perlu guna mengefektifkan keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan terhadap omzet usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM).

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Ex Post Facto. Metode pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan angket. Dari hasi uji coba instrument yang dilakukan kepada 21 responden dengan jumlah 22 pernyataan dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada sampel penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Palangka Raya, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 79 responden dengan teknik penarikan sampel yaitu random sampling. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas dengan teknik Kolmogorov smirnov dan uji linearitas. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi pearson product moment dan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS 19.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pengelolaan keuangan terhadap omzet usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) Palangka Raya memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat berdasarkan hasil koefisien korelasi pearson product moment yaitu sebesar 0,592. Diperoleh pula nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Kemudian uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan nilai koefisien determin sebesar 0,351 yang artinya pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan terhadap omzet usaha adalah sebesar 35,1%. Terlihat pula bahwa Fhitung sebesar 41,569 dengan tingkat signifikansi probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 maka model regresi dapat dipakai untuk memprediksi variabel omzet usaha. Maka dari itu, Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, artinya signifikan. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap omzet usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) Palangka Raya.

ABSTRACT

Financial management is very prominent for the sustainability of a business, one of which is to make the businessmen of usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) knows the incomes and expenses that are spent and is able to reduce the unnecessary expenses in order to make the finance more effective. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of financial management on the turnover of usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM).

This research used the quantitative research with the type of Ex Post Facto research. The writer’s data collection method used the questionnaire. From the results of the instrument trial conducted on the 21 respondents with the total of 22 statements, they were stated to be valid and were able to be used to collect the data on the research sample. The population in this research was the businessmen of usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) in Palangka Raya, while the research sample consisted of 79 respondents using the random sampling technique. The prerequisite test used the normality test with the Kolmogorov smirnov technique and the linearity test. Meanwhile, the used techniques of data analysis were the correlation analysis technique named pearson product moment and the simple linear regression analysis technique using the program named SPSS 19.

The results showed that the financial management on the turnover of usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) in Palangka Raya had the strong enough relationship based on the results of the correlation coefficient of pearson product moment, which was 0.592. It was also obtained the significant value of 0.000, which meant that there was a significant relationship. Then, the simple linear regression test showed the value of the determin coefficient of 0.351, which meant that the effect of financial management on business turnover was 35.1%. It could also be viewed that the F count was 41,569 with the probability significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 so that the regression model could be used to predict the variable of business turnover. Therefore, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected which meant it was significant. As a result, it could be drawn the conclusion that the financial management influence towards turnover of usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) in Kelurahan Menteng Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangkaraya.
