Abstract

The BP4 advisory and guidance body has existed for a long time with the aim of enhancing the quality of marriage in order to create a sakinah, mawaddah, warohmh family, filled with inner and outer happiness and the blessings of the hereafter. However, the reality is that in Seruyan Hilir District the divorce rate is still high, therefore research is needed. This research is in the form of empirical normative, the approach method used is a qualitative method with the respondents being BP4 administrators and officials from the Office of Religious Affairs in Seruyan Hilir District and parties directly related to the problems studied, and data collection
methods through library studies, observations and interviews. (Interviews). The validity of the data uses a triangulation technique which includes, (1) comparing the results of observations with the results of interviews, (2) comparing the results of interviews with the contents of a related documentation., (3) comparing the theory of information that has been carried out with its implementation. which are formulated in the form of questions, namely the non-functioning of BP4 in Seruyan Hilir District, how are the obstacles experienced by BP4 and is there a correlation between the non-functioning of BP4 and the high divorce rate in Seruyan Hilir District and how it is resolved in the perspective of Maslahah. So that it is hoped that everyone who files for divorce or divorce can change his mind to cancel his intention to divorce considering that divorce cases are still very high every year, so maintaining a harmonious marital relationship is our collective obligation.
