Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian program pembelajaran Tahfiẓ Al-Qur’ăn masa pandemi covid-19 di MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya.

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah guru Tahfiẓ Al-Qur’ăn dan informannya Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Akademik, dan Peserta Didik Kelas IX MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara: kepercayaan (credibility), keteralihan (transferability), kebergantungan (dependability), dan kepastian (confirmability). Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data atau data display, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan atau data diverifikasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1. Perencanaan program pembelajaran Tahfiẓ Al-Qur’ăn di MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya yaitu dalam menentukan minggu efektif, penyusunan Progam Tahunan dan Program Semester, dan silabus pembelajaran belum direncanakan dengan baik dan disusun secara komprehensip. Sedangkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran sudah disusun dengan baik. 2. Pengorganisasian program pembelajaran Tahfiẓ Al-Qur’ăn di MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya sudah dilaksanakan dengan pendelegasian tugas dan tanggung jawab oleh Kepala Madrasah kepada guru pengampu Tahfiẓ Al-Qur’ăn, walaupun dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya masih ada yang belum terlaksana dengan baik. 3. Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran Tahfiẓ Al-Qur’ăn masa pandemi covid-19 di MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya yaitu pendistrisbusian minggu efektif ke dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, pengembangan Program Tahunan ke dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, mengajarkan pokok bahasan dan ujian dalam Program Semester, melaksanakan Rencana Pembelajaran dalam silabus pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring melalui pesan grup whatsApp di handphone sebagai medianya kurang terlaksana dengan baik terutama pada pada kegiatan inti dan penutup. 4. Hasil pengevaluasian program pembelajaran Tahfiẓ Al-Qur’ăn kelas IX di MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya diketahui bahwa manajemen program pembelajaran ada yang sudah direncanakan dengan baik ada yang belum, pengorganisasian program pembelajaran sudah dilakukan dengan pendelegasian tugas dan tanggung jawab melalui Surat Keputusan Kepala Madrasah, dan dalam pelaksanaan program pembelajaran sudah ada yang terlaksana dengan baik ada juga yang belum terimplikasikan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'ăn learning program during the Covid-19 pandemic at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya.

This qualitative descriptive study used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in the study were teachers Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'ăn and the informants were the Principal of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah for Academic Affairs, and Class IX Students of MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. The technique of checking the validity of the data is carried out by means of: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. While data analysis uses several stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation or display data, then drawing conclusions or verified data.

The results showed: 1. Planning the Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'ăn learning program at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya, namely in determining the effective week, the preparation of the Annual Program and Semester Program, and the learning syllabus was not well planned and comprehensively compiled. Meanwhile, the Learning Implementation Plan has been well prepared. 2. The organization of the Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'ăn learning program at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya has been carried out by delegating duties and responsibilities by the head of the Madrasah to teachers who teach Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'ăn, although in carrying out their duties and responsibilities there are still things that have not been carried out. well. 3. Implementation of the Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'ăn learning program during the Covid-19 pandemic at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya, namely the distribution of effective weeks into the Learning Implementation Plan, developing the Annual Program into the Lesson Implementation Plan, teaching subjects and examinations in the Semester Program, implementing the Learning Plan in the learning syllabus has been implemented well. Whereas in the implementation of online learning through WhatsApp group messages on cellphones as a medium, it is not carried out properly, especially in core and closing activities. 4. The results of evaluating the class IX Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'ăn learning program at MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya, it is known that the management of the learning program has been planned well, some has not, the organization of the learning program has been carried out by delegating tasks and responsibilities through a Head Decree Madrasahs, and in the implementation of learning programs, there are those that have been carried out well, some have not yet been implemented as planned.
