Abstract
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya pemberian layanan guru bimbingan konseling terhadap perilaku siswa bermasalah di SMP IT Al-Ghazali Kota Palangka Raya. Perilaku siswa bermasalah yang muncul dan tidak sesuai dengan peraturan dan tata tertib yang berlaku, masalah ketidakhadiran, masalah belajar, masalah lingkungan sosial siswa khususnya lingkungan keluarga. Pemberian layanan diharapkan mampu mencegah dan mengentaskan permasalahan siswa secara psikologis maupun mental. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini (1) Bagaimana proses layanan dalam hal perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan konseling terhadap perilaku siswa bermasalah di SMP IT Al-Ghazali Kota Palangka Raya (2) Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pemberian layanan oleh guru bimbingan konseling terhadap perilaku siswa bermasalah di SMP IT Al-Ghazali Kota Palangka Raya.
Jenis penelitian yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian 1 guru bimbingan konseling dan 4 orang siswa bermasalah. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga teknik yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Setelah analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu:
Adapun hasil penelitian yang peneliti dapatkan: 1) Proses layanan dalam hal perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi oleh guru bimbingan konseling terhadap perilaku siswa bermasalah di SMP IT Al-Ghazali Kota Palangka Raya yaitu mengidentifikasi masalah. Tahap perencanaan mempersiapkan hal seperti catatan informasi yang dikumpulkan dari pihak terkait. Penyelesaian kasus secara bersama antara siswa bermasalah, guru, dan orang tua untuk mencari solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan jenis kasus. Tahap pelaksanaan guru melakukan pendekatan kepada siswa bermasalah guna memudahkan menggali informasi. Pemanggilan siswa dan orang tua kesekolah dan diajukan pertanyaan terkait siswa. Tahap evaluasi, mengamati secara langsung dan tidak langsung siswa bermasalah, adakah perubahan perilaku dari yang tidak baik menjadi lebih baik setelah diberikan layanan. 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pemberian layanan oleh guru bimbingan konseling terhadap perilaku siswa bermasalah yaitu laporan dari guru dan orang tua siswa sehingga didapatlah informasi. Proses pembelajaran daring seperti stabil dan tidaknya jaringan internet dan siswa yang terkendala biaya untuk membeli kuota internet. Reward dan punishment kepada siswa yang melanggar peraturan dan tata tertib sekolah.
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted because of the provision of counseling guidance teacher services to the behavior of problem students at SMP IT Al-Ghazali, Palangka Raya City. Student behavior problems that arise and are not in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations, absenteeism problems, learning problems, student social environment problems, especially the family environment. The provision of services is expected to be able to prevent and alleviate student problems psychologically and mentally. The formulation of the problem in this study (1) How is the service process in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation carried out by counseling guidance teachers on problematic student behavior at SMP IT Al-Ghazali, Palangka Raya City (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in providing services by a counseling teacher on the behavior of problem students at SMP IT Al-Ghazali, Palangka Raya City.
This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were 1 counseling guidance teacher and 4 problem students. The data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed using three techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. After analyzing the data, the research results obtained are:
The research results obtained by the researchers are: 1) Service process in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation by counseling guidance teachers on problematic student behavior at SMP IT Al-Ghazali, Palangka Raya City, namely identifying problems. The planning stage prepares things like records of information gathered from related parties. Solving cases together between problem students, teachers, and parents to find the right solution according to the type of case. The implementation stage of the teacher approaches problematic students in order to make it easier to gather information. Calling students and parents to school and asking questions related to students. The evaluation stage, directly and indirectly observes the problematic students, is there a change in behavior from bad to better after being given services. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in providing services by counseling guidance teachers on problematic student behavior, namely reports from teachers and parents of students so that information is obtained. The online learning process is such as whether or not the internet is stable and students are constrained by the cost of buying internet quotas. Reward and punishment for students who violate school rules and regulations.
