Abstract
Motivasi belajar adalah dorongan dari diri siswa untuk mencapai tujuan belajar, misalnya pemahaman materi atau pengembangan belajar. Sehingga untuk mencapai tujuan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang di perlukan sebuah film kartun Syamil dan Dodo yang dapat menumbuhkan pehaman materi untuk siswa. Seperti pada materi mari melaksanakan sholat diperlukan film kartun Syamil dan Dodo, karena pada materi tersebut diperlukan penjelasan yang menggunakan gerakkan secara langsung agar siswa mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan.
Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa setelah menggunakan film kartun Syamil dan Dodo pada mata pelajaran PAI di SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang, mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap film kartun Syamil dan Dodo, dan mendeskripsikan hambatan siswa dan guru memahami pesan-pesan dalam film kartun Syamil dan Dodo.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini (1) Bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI setelah menggunakan film kartun Syamil dan Dodo di SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang? (2) Bagaimana respon siswa terhadap film kartun Syamil dan Dodo? (3) Apa saja hambatan siswa dan guru memahami pesan-pesan dalam film kartun Syamil dan Dodo?
Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran PAI dan 15 orang siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara induktif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Setelah menonton film kartun Syamil dan Dodo siswa termotivasi belajar materi mari melaksanakan sholat, di antaranya siswa terlihat sangat antusias mengkuti pembelajaran, rasa ingin tahu dengan apa yang akan di ajarkan oleh guru, memperhatikan tentang apa yang ditayangkan oleh guru, dan siswa terlihat semangat mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. (2) Respon siswa terhadap film kartun Syamil dan Dodo sangat baik, karena membuat mereka lebih mudah memahami pelajaran, selain itu meraka juga senang dan tertarik. Saat pelajaran berlangsung siswa menyimak dengan baik tayangan film kartun Syamil dan Dodo materi mari melaksanakan sholat. (3) Hambatan siswa dan guru dalam memahami pesan dalam film kartun Syamil dan Dodo hampir tidak ada, karena pesan yang disampaikan sangat jelas dan mudah dipahami baik oleh guru maupun siswa. Hambatan hanya dirasakan oleh guru pada saat menayangkan terkadang listrik padam, sehingga tertunda penanyangan film kartun Syamil dan Dodo.
ABSTRACT
Motivation to learn is the encouragement of students to achieve learning goals, for example understanding material or developing learning. So as to achieve student learning goals in the PAI subject at SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang a cartoon film of Syamil and Dodo is need which can foster understanding of the material for studens. As in material let’s pray, the cartoon film of Syamil dan Dodo is needed, because the material requires an explanation that uses direct movements so that students can easily understand the material presented.
The purpose of this study was to describe student learning motivation after using the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo on the PAI subject at SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang, to describe student responses to the cartoon film Syamil dan Dodo, and to describe the barriers for students and teachers to understand the messages in the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo.
The formulation of the problem in this study (1) How is the student’s learning motivation in islamic education subjects after using the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo? (2) How do students respond to the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo? (3) What are the obstacles for students and teachers to understand the messages in the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo?
The subjects of this study were teachers of Islamic education and 15 fourth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Lampuyang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried aout by means of observation, interview and documentation techniques. The validity of the data was done using triangulation techniques and triangulation of sources. Data analysis was carried out bay inductive method.
The results of this study indicate that (1) After watching the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo, the students were motivated to learn the material, let’s carry out the prayers, among them the students looked very enthusiastic about participating in the lesson, were curious about what the teacher was going to teach, paid attention to what was displayed by the teacher, and the students seemed enthusiastic about doing the assignments given by them teacher. (2) Student responses to the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo are very good, because it made them understand more about the lesson, besides thet they were also happy and interested. During the lesson the students listened carefully to the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo. The material let’s pray. (3) There are almost no barriers between students and teachers in understanding the messages in the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo, because the messages conveyed are very clear and well implemented by both teachers and students. The teacher felt the only obstacle when showing the blackout, thus making the cartoon film Syamil dan Dodo.
