Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena SMK Negeri 1 Seruyan adalah sekolah kejuruan yang menanamkan budaya religius dengan menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai religius yang merupakan peran guru PAI di sekolah. Salah satu kegiatan religius yang dilaksanakan di sekolah adalah sholat berjemaah, melaksanakan hari besar Islam terdiri dari Isra’ Mi’raj, Maulid Nabi, dan 1 Muharram, budaya 3S (Senyum, salam,sapa). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru PAI dalam menanamkan budaya religius dan mengetahui nilai-nilai religius yang ditanamkan di SMK Negeri 1 Seruyan.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua guru PAI. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan dan menarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Peran guru PAI dalam menanamkan budaya religius di SMK Negeri 1 Seruyan meliputi; a. Pengajar dan Pendidik, guru PAI menyediakan bahan ajar dan media sebagai penunjang proses pembelajaran PAI dan mengarahkan peserta didik memiliki tingkah laku yang baik, b. Pembimbing, berupa mengarahkan, menasehati secara langsung melalui pendekatan langsung dengan siswa, c. Teladan, berupa memberikan contoh secara langsung seperti bertutur kata yang baik, sholat dhuha dan berpakaian sopan dan rapi, d. Motivator, menyampaikan kisah-kisah nyata berkaitan dengan materi yang disampaikan dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran seperti video, e. Administrator, berupa RPP di kelas yaitu membaca doa dan ayat-ayat pendek sebelum pembelajaran, f. Evaluator, berupa tes tertulis, hapalan dan praktek. 2. Nilai-nilai religius yang ditanamkan oleh guru PAI di SMK Negeri 1 Seruyan meliputi; a. Nilai Keimanan, berupa tidak merusak bumi yaitu dengan menjaga lingkungan dan melaksanakan segala perintah-Nya, b. Nilai Ibadah, berupa pembiasaan dan ajakan dalam melaksanakan ibadah yaitu sholat, c. Nilai akhlak, berupa bertutur kata yang baik, menghormati orang lain, dan berpakaian rapi dan sopan, d. Nilai muamalah, berupa peduli terhadap sesama, gotong royong dan bersedekah yang dilakukan setiap hari jumat yaitu jumat beramal, e. Nilai kedisiplinan, berupa ketepatan masuk sekolah dan kelas, kerapian pakaian dan budaya bersih, f. Nilai Ruhul Jihad, berupa dorongan semangat menuntut ilmu dan siap kerja.

ABSTRACT

This research is based on the educational process at SMK Negeri 1 Seruyan as a vocational high school wich instills the religious culture by internalizing the religious values as the role of islamic education teacher at school. Some of the religious activities held bySMK Negeri 1 Seruyan are praying together, conducting the holy day of Islam such as Isra 'Mi'raj, birth of prophet Muhammad SAW, and Muharram, and implementing basic cultures consist of smile and greetings. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of Islamic education teacher in instilling religious culture and to find out the religious values instilled at SMK Negeri 1 Seruyan.

This research used a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research were two islamic education teachers. The data collection of this research used interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting and drawing conclusion. Triangulation of source and technique was used to test the data validity.

The results of the study showed: 1. The role of Islamic education teacher in instilling a religious culture in SMK Negeri 1 Seruyan includes; a.As the teacher and educators, Islamic Education teacher provides materials and media to support the Islamic Education learning process and direct students to have good behavior, b. As counselor, the Islamic Education teacher directs, gives advices through direct approach to the students, c. As a role model, the Islamic Education teacher gives a good pattern such as speaking well, praying dhuha, and dressing politely and neatly, d. As a motivator, the Islamic Education Teacher tells real stories relate to the material presented by utilizing learning media such as videos, e. As a administrator, the Islamic Education Teacher makes lesson plan for their class which consist of pray and recite short verse of Quran before class, f. Evaluator, the Islamic Education teacher gives writting, memorizing, and practical tests. 2. Religious values instilled by Islamic Education teacher at SMK Negeri 1 Seruyan include; a. Faith value, in the form of not destroying the earth such as by protecting the environment and carrying out all His commands, b. Value of Worship, in the form of habituation and invitation to perform worship, such as praying, c. Moral values, in the form of speaking well, respecting others, and dressing neatly and politely, d. Muamalah values, in the form of caring for others, mutual cooperation and charity which is done every Friday, such as Friday charity, e. Discipline values, in the form of attending school and class on time, wearing neat clothe, and practicing cleanness, f. The value of Ruhul Jihad, in the form of encouragement to study and work.
