Abstract

Internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural ini dilakukan sebagai suatu upaya untuk mengenalkan keragaman yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat indonesia. artinya internalisasi nilai multikultural ingin memberikan penanaman kepada peserta didik agar menghargai dan memiliki sifat humanisme yang baik sesama teman. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural SMK Karsa Mulya, 2) Mendeskripsikan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural SMK Karsa Mulya dan 3) Mendeskripsikan problem dan solusi internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan di SNK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang guru yang mengajar di sekolah, sedangkan informan ada 1 kepala sekolah dan 4 siswa/i di SMK Karsa Mulya. Teknik penentuan informasi menggunakan purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya meliputi 2 nilai pendidikan multikultural yaitu nilai toleransi dan nilai demokrasi. Proses internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yakni, tahap transformasi nilai, tahap transaksi nilai dan tahap transinternalisasi dengan menggunakan metode peneladanan, pembiasaan, dan pergaulan. Juga didukung oleh beberapa kegiatan baik yang diagendakan secara rutin maupun insidental seperti siraman rohani, kegiatan sosial-religius. 1) problem: sering terjadi kepada siswa/i meliputi; kepribadian siswa, orang tua cuek, orang tua menuntut penambahan pelajaran agama. 2) solusi yang di lakukan oleh pihak sekolah meliputi; fasilitas ruang ibadah, penegak disiplin dan pemberdaya organisasi.

ABSTRACT

The internalization of the values of multicultural education is carried out as an effort to introduce the diversity of Indonesian society. meaning that the internalization of multicultural values wants to provide planting to students so that they respect and have good humanistic qualities among their friends. This study aims 1) Describe the values of the multicultural education of SMK Karsa Mulya, 2) Describe the process of internalizing the values of the multicultural education of SMK Karsa Mulya and 3) Describe the problems and solutions of internalizing educational values at SNK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya.

This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were 4 teachers who taught at the school, while the informants were 1 principal and 4 students at SMK Karsa Mulya. The technique of determining information using purposive sampling. The data validation technique used source triangulation.

The results showed: The values of multicultural education at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya include 2 values of multicultural education, namely the value of tolerance and the value of democracy. The process of internalizing the values of multicultural education is carried out in three stages, namely, the value transformation stage, the value transaction stage and the transinternalization stage using exemplary, habituation, and socialization methods. Also supported by several activities both regularly and incidentally scheduled such as spiritual cleansing, socio-religious activities. 1) problems: often occur to students including; Student personalities, indifferent parents, and parents demanded additional religious lessons. 2) solutions undertaken by the school include; prayer room facilities, discipline enforcer and organizational empowerment.
