Abstract

Data Kementrian Agama Kota Palangka Raya tahun 2018 mencatat, ada delapan pondok pesantren daerah kota palangka raya dan tiga pesantren diantaranya menyelenggarakan program tahfiz al-Qur’an. Pondok pesantren yang menyelenggarakan program tahfiz al-Qur’an yaitu Pondok pesantren Salafiyah IQRO, Pondok Pesantren al-Wafa dan Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Insan. Program tahfiz al-Qur’an pada pondok pesantren tersebut telah berhasil mencetak generasi penghafal al-Qur’an dengan baik. Dalam arti, lulusan-lulusan program tahfiz pada pesantren ini mampu bersaing dalam ajanag-ajang kompetisi lokal bahkan nasional. lebih lagi, para santri penghafal al-qur’an di pesantren tersebut berasal dari berbagai daerah-daerah di kalimantan tengah. Fenomena ini menjadi menarik untuk diteliti.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian program tahfiz al-Qur’an pada pondok pesantren serta menawarkan konsep model manajemen program tahfiz al-Qur’an yang efektif.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Yakni menggambarkan ciri, model, karakter dari suatu fenomena yang ditemui. Teknik pengumpulan data dari metode ini adalah observasi tersamar, wawancara semi struktur tipe open-onded question dan dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program tahfiz al-qur’an di tiga pesantren dilakukan dengan baik yakni mendasarkan pengenalan kepada kemampuan peserta didik. Pengenalan lingkungan pondok pesantren yang memposisikan diri sebagai tahfiz al-qur’an sebagai program unggulan. Melakukan estimasi permasalahan yang akan dihadapi. Pengorganisasian program tahfiz al-qur’an di tiga pesantren memiliki dua karakteristik. Pertama, program tahfiz secara keseluruhan dikelola langsung oleh pimpinan pondok pesantren baik dalam fungsi perencanaan, pengeroganisasian hingga evaluasi program. Kedua, pimpinan pondok pesantren menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada pimpinan program tahfiz al-qur’an tentang model manajerial program tahfiz. Pelaksanaan program tahfiz al-qur’an di tiga pesantren mempunyai model pelaksanaan program. Pertama, konsep pelaksanaan dilakukan oleh garis komando tertinggi. Yakni pimpinan pondok pesantren. Kedua, konsep pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan garis komando menengah, yakni pimpinan program tahfiz a-qur’an. Adapun model pelaksanaan kelas efektif dilakukan dengan sub grouping with in the class, pengelompokan kelas berdasarkan jenjang rombongan belajar atau kegiatan-kegiatan terjadwal. Pengendalian program tahfiz al-qur’an di tiga pesantren dilakukan dengan menjadawalkan kegiatan evaluasi perminggu dan perbulan dengan para pengurus dan pengajar. Dengan model pertemuan secara individu dan perkelompok.

Abstract

The data from The Religious Ministry of Palangka Raya in 2018 had recorded that there were eight Pesantren (Islamic Boarding school) in Palangka Raya and three of them had implemented tahfidz Al-Qur’an program. The Pesantren (Islamic Boarding school) which had implemented tahfidz Al-Qur’an program were: Salafiyah IQRO, al-Wafa and Hidayatul Insan. Al-Qur’an Tahfidz Program at Pesantrens had succeeded in producing the generations of memorizing Qur’an effectively. In a sense, the alumni of Tahfidz Program were able to compete in local and national events, moreover, the students came from various regions in Central Kalimantan. It was interesting phonomenon to study.

The purposes of this research were: to determine the planning, organizing, implementing and controlling of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Programs at Pesantrens and to offer an effective management model of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Program. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The method used to describe the characteristics, models, characters of encountered phenomena. The data collection techniques were: observation, interviews, and documentation.

The results of this research indicated that the planning of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Program at three Pesantrens were implemented effectively. It was recognized from the introduction of the student’s abilities. In introducing of pesantren’s enviroments, the teachers pointed out that Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Program was an excelent program because it could estimate problems that would be faced at Pesantrens. Organizing the Al-Qur’an Tahfidz Program at three pesantrens had two characteristics. First, the Tahfidz Program was managed directly by the head of Pesantrens as a whole both in the functions of planning, and organizing to program evaluation. Second, the Pesantren leader submited fully to the leaders of the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program on the managerial model of the tahfidz program. The implementation of the Tahfidz Qur’an Program at three Pesantrens had specific concept model. First, the concept of implementation was carried out by the highest command line, namely: the leader of Pesantrens. Second, the concept of implementation was carried out by intermediate command line, namely: the leaders of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Program. The effective classroom implementation model was done by subgrouping with in the class, the class grouping was based on the level of study group or scheduled activities. The control of the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Program at three pesantrens was dome by weekly and monthly scheduling of evaluation activities. Those controls were done individually or grouply by administrators and teachers.
