Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Keterterapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture berbantuan media animasi pada materi sistem pencernaan pada manusia kelas VIII SMP-8 Palangka Raya. (2) Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik materi sistem pencernaan kelas VIII SMP-N 8 Palangka Raya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Picture and Picture berbantuan media animasi.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group pretest and Postest design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Lembar pengamatan keterterapan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture, test hasil belajar peserta didik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil keterterapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Picture and Picture tiap pertemuan diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebagai berikut, untuk observasi 1 sebesar 94% observasi ke 2 sebesar 100% dengan rata-rata akhir 97,05% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture dengan nilai pretest 34.72, posttest 75.41, Gain 40.69 dan N-Gain 0.41 dengan kategori sedang. Analisis hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture pada materi sistem pencernaan pada manusia 0,00<0,05 maka hasil pengujian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of the application of the cooperative learning model picture and picture type assisted by animation media on the digestive system material in humans in class VIII SMP-8 Palangka Raya. (2) Improvement of cognitive learning outcomes of students of the digestive system material class VIII SMP-N 8 Palangka Raya by using cooperative learning models Type Picture and Picture assisted with animation media.

This research uses descriptive quantitative research design with one group pretest- This study uses a Pre-experimental method with the research design used is One Group pretest and Postest design. The instrument used was the observation sheet of the application of the Picture and Picture learning model, the student learning outcomes test.

The results showed that the average value of the application of the cooperative learning model Picture and Picture each meeting obtained the average results as follows, for observation sheet 1 of 94% observation sheet 2 of 100% with a final average of 97.05% with very good category. Learning outcomes using the Picture and Picture learning model with a pretest value of 34.72, posttest 75.41, Gain 40.69 and N-Gain 0.41 in the medium category. Hypothesis analysis shows that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes after using the Picture and Picture learning model on the digestive system material in humans 0.00 <0.05 then the Ho test results are rejected and Ha is accepted.
