Abstract
Penelitian skripsi ini tentang pengaruh skill, knowledge, dan attitude terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNI Syariah Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ada beberapa pegawai BNI Syariah berasal dari bank konvensional dan berbagai profesi sebelum bekerja di BNI Syariah serta para pegawai berbagai macam latar belakang pendidikan. Sehingga menimbulkan kekhawatiran dan anggapan sebagian besar masyarakat terhadap BNI Syariah itu sama saja seperti bank konvensional serta anggapan bahwa pegawai bank tersebut tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman lebih dalam terhadap bank syariah seperti apa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada empat rumusan masalah yaitu 1)pengaruh skill terhadap kinerja pegawai BNI Syariah Palangka Raya; 2)pengaruh knowledge terhadap kinerja pegawai BNI Syariah Palangka Raya; 3)pengaruh attitude terhadap kinerja pegawai BNI Syariah Palangka Raya; 4)pengaruh skill, knowledge, dan attitude terhadap kinerja pegawai BNI Syariah Palangka Raya.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini semua pegawai BNI Syariah sebanyak 45 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian dengan teknik uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas; uji analisis data dengan teknik uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan analisis regresi linier berganda; uji hipotesis dengan teknik uji t dan uji F.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1)skill bepengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNI Syariah Palangka Raya, hal ini terbukti pada uji t dimana nilai thitung 2,956 > nilai ttabel 2,0195; 2)knowledge bepengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNI Syariah Palangka Raya, hal ini terbukti pada uji t dimana nilai thitung 3,087 > nilai ttabel 2,0195; 3)attitude bepengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNI Syariah Palangka Raya, hal ini terbukti pada uji t dimana nilai thitung 2,155 > nilai ttabel 2,0195; 4)skill, knowledge, dan attitude berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNI Syariah Palangka Raya, hal ini terbukti pada uji F dimana nilai Fhitung 15,696 > nilai Ftabel 2,83, Selain itu nilai R Square nya 0,535 sehingga pengaruh dari skill, Knowledge, dan attitude terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNI Syariah Palangka Raya sebesar 53,5%.
ABSTRACT
This thesis research the influence of skills, knowledge, and attitudes on employee performance at BNI Syariah Palangka Raya. This research is motivated by several BNI Syariah employees coming from conventional banks and various professions before working at BNI Syariah as well as employees with various educational backgrounds ranging. So that it is raised concerns and the opinion of the majority of the public towards BNI Syariah is the same as a conventional bank and the assumption that bank employees do not have deeper knowledge and understanding of what kind of Islamic bank. This study is focused on four problem formulations, namely 1)the influenced of skills on employee performance of BNI Syariah Palangka Raya; 2)knowledge influence the performance of employees of BNI Syariah Palangka Raya; 3)the effect of attitude on employee performance in BNI Syariah Palangka Raya; 4)the influenced of skills, knowledge, and attitude on the performance of employees of BNI Syariah Palangka Raya.
This research was field research that used descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this study was all employees of BNI Syariah as many as 45 people with sampling used the Nonprobability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique so that the total sample is 45 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used the research instrument test with the validity and reliability test techniques; test data analysis with normality test techniques, linearity test, and multiple linear regression analysis; Hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test techniques.
The results of this study, there were: 1)The skills had a positive effect on employee performance at BNI Syariah Palangka Raya, this was evident in the t-test where the tvalue was 2,956 was higher than ttable 2,0195; 2)The knowledge had a positive effect on employee performance at BNI Syariah Palangka Raya, this is evident in the ttest where the tvalue was 3,087 higher than ttable 2,0195; 3)The attitudes had a positive effect on employee performance at BNI Syariah Palangka Raya, this is evident in the t-test where the tvalue was 2,155> and ttable was 2,0195; 4)Skills, knowledge, and attitudes had a positive effect simultaneously on employee performance at BNI Syariah Palangka Raya, this is provided in the Ftest where the Fvalue 15.696 was greatest than Ftable 2,83, besides the R Square value was 0,535 so that the influence of Skill, Knowledge, and attitude on employee performance in BNI Syariah Palangka Raya was 53,5%.
