Abstract
Makanan sebagai salah satu kebutuhan primer manusia, menjadi sasaran para pelaku bisnis. Tuntutan pasar yang terus mengalami perkembangan dari segi layanan, membuat pelaku bisnis harus terus melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan. Online food delivery service sebagai salah satu solusi alternatif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen saat ini, sangatlah wajar jika pelaku bisnis mengadopsi aplikasi yang menyajikan fitur layanan ini. Saat ini, aplikasi yang menawarkan online food delivery service adalah Gojek.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik warung makan di Palangka Raya yang terdaftar di fitur gofood atau aplikasi gojek berjumlah 250 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampel, penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan perhitungan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 154 orang sampel. Sedangkan uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas dengan teknik kolmogrov smirnov, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linearitas teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan) menggunakan program SPSS 18.0 for windows.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang didapatkan dari uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 variabel tangible, empathy, responsiveness, realiability dan assurance ada dua variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap omzet penjualan (Y) yaitu, responsiveness 0,012 < 0,05 t hitung 2,538 > t tabel 1.976 dan assurance 0,018 < 0,05 t hitung 2,390 > t tabel 1.976. Artinya ada dua variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi omzet penjualan dan tiga variabel lainnya tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap omzet penjualan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang didapatkan dari uji F (serentak) sebesar 15.604, maka sesuai dengan ktriteria uji F tersebut Ho ditolak. Artinya ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara tangible, empathy, responsiveness, realiability dan assurance secara bersama-sama atau serentak terhadap omzet penjualan.
ABSTRACT
Food as one of the primary human needs which is the businessman target. Market demands that continue to experience developments in terms of services make business people must continue to make improvements and improvements. Online food delivery service as one of the alternative solutions in fulfilling the needs of today's consumers, it is very natural for business people to adopt applications that provide this service feature. Currently, the application that offers online food delivery service is Gojek.
This research was a quantitative descriptive. The data collections were questionnaires and documentation. The research populations were 250 food stall owners in Palangka Raya that were registered in the Gofood feature or the Gojek application. The sampling technique used a probability sample; the determination of the number of samples was carried out by calculating the Slovin formula in order to obtain as many as 154 samples. While the classical assumption test used the normality test with the Columnogrov Smirnov technique, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, the linearity test of the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the t test (partial) and the f test (simultaneous) using the SPSS 18.0 for windows program.
The results of the research indicated that the t test (partial) showed that of the 5 tangible variables, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance, there are two variables that have an influence on sales turnover (Y), namely, responsiveness 0.012 < 0.05 t observed 2,538 > t table 1.976 and assurance 0.018 < 0.05 t observed t 2.390 > t table 1.976. This means that there were two dominant variables affecting sales turnover and three other variables that had no influence on sales turnover. The results of the research indicated that obtained from the F test (simultaneously) is 15.604, so according to the F test criteria Ho was rejected. This means that there was a significant influence between tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance together or simultaneously on sales turnover.
