Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari materi yang berlaku untuk umum (masyarakat) dan khusus (pelajar), yaitu mengenai ketentuan shalat jum’at. Ketentuan shalat jum’at yang dibahas yaitu menurut empat madzhab, madzhab Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi’i, dan Hambali. Ketentuan yang dibahas yaitu yang bersangkutan dengan syaarat wajib shalat jum’at, syarat sah shalat jum’at, syarat khutbah, dan rukun khutbah.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana ketentuan shalat Jum’at menurut Empat madzhab (madzhab Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi’i, dan Hambali).

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (Library research). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah primer yaitu buku-buku dan terjemah kitab, seperti : Al-Qur’an terbitan kementerian Agama tahun 2013, kitab Al-Umm, kitab Al-Muwaththa’, Kitab Akbar, Kitab Muqni, Fiqih Islam Wa Adillatuhu dan sekunder yaitu Ringkasan Kitab Al Umm, Ainul Ma’bud Syarah Sunan Abu Daud, dan Ringkasan Fikih sunnah Sayyid Sabiq. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis isi (content analysis).

Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa shalat Jum’at merupakan kewajiban kaum muslimin (Islam, baligh, berakal, laki-laki, sehat, tetap dalam negeri) menurut ulama empat madzhab (sepakat).) Shalat Jum’at tidak diwajibkan atas orang-orang diluar syarat-syarat shalat Jum’at itu ( anak-anak, perempuan, hamba sahaya, orang yang sakit, dan musafir menurut empat madzhab). Shalat Jum’at dianggap sah jika terpenuhi syarat-syarat dan rukunnya.

ABSTRACT

This research departs from material that applies to the public (community) and specifically (students), namely regarding the Friday prayer provisions. The Friday prayer provisions discussed are according to four schools of thought, schools of Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali. The provisions discussed are those concerned with the conditions required for Friday prayers, legal requirements for Friday prayers, conditions for sermons, and pillars of sermons.

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the views of the four schools (the Hanafi school of thought, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali) on the conditions of Friday prayer relating to the obligatory conditions of Friday prayer, the legal requirements of Friday prayers, the requirements for sermons, and get along well Friday sermon.

The purpose of this study is to describe the views of the four schools of thought (Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'i, and Hambali) on the Friday prayer provisions regarding the obligatory conditions for Friday prayers, the legal requirements for Friday prayers, the conditions for sermons, and the pillars of Friday prayers. 'at.

This research uses the method of library research. Data sources in this study are primary books and book translations, such as: Al-Qur'an published by the Ministry of Religion in 2013, Al-Umm book, Al-Muwaththa 'book, Islamic Fiqh of Wa Adillatuhu and secondary namely Summary of Al-Umm Book , Ainul Ma'bud Syarah Sunan Abu Daud, and Summary of the Jurisprudence of Sunnah Sayyid Sabiq. The data collection technique used in this study is the documentation technique (documemter). Analysis of the data used in this study is a content analysis technique.

The results of the study show that: 1) Four scholars of the school agree that Friday prayer is an obligation for Muslims (Islam, religion, understanding, men, health, staying in the country) and not for those who disbelieve. 2) Friday prayers are not required of children, women, slaves, sick people, and travelers according to the four schools of thought. 3) the terms and conditions in Friday prayers and sermons must be fulfilled (mandatory) and invalid if left.
