Abstract

Guru adalah pilar ujung tombak dan peran sentral dalam dunia
pendidikan, karena guru bertanggung jawab langsung dalam proses belajar mengajar dikelas dan sekaligus membimbing anak didik dalam aspek kepribadian dan sosial. Karena itu agar proses pembelajaran dan bimbingan yang dilakukan guru dapat terarah dan mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan maka guru harus menguasai beberapa kompetensi atau kemampuan. Berdasarkan gambaran masalah tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini tidak lepas dari masalah di atas yaitu
untuk menguraikankan dan menganalisis: 1. Guru PAI merencanakan proses belajar mengajar, 2. Guru PAI melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, 3. Guru PAI menguasai bahan pelajaran, 4. Guru PAI menilai proses belajar mengajar.

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, dan dalam pembahasannya menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Teknik penggalian data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara kepada guru PAI dan Kepala Madrasah sebagai key informan ; observasi kelas; dan dokumentasi yang dipertajam dengan trianggulasi
sumber data dan trianngulasi metode.

Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) perencanaan proses belajar mengajar yang dibuat oleh guru sudah mencakup semua komponen perencanaan dan bersifat fleksibel dan sistematis. 2) dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar guru PAI sudah melaksanakan tugas dengan maksimal dan dapat menjadikan suasana pembelajaran yang efektif walaupun belum sempurna. 3) guru PAI telah menguasai bahan pelajaran yang akan diajarkan hal ini tercapai melalui beberapa kegiatan: menelaah buku sumber, mengorganisir bahan pelajaran, melakukan praktik dan training, mengikuti kegiatan MGMP, seminar, work shop dan penataran. 4) guru menilai kemajuan proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan dengan cara kontinyu dan sistematis.

Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa guru PAI di MAN 2 Pulang Pisau memiliki kompetensi Profesional dalam proses belajar mengajar meskipun belum sempurna.

ABSTRATC

The teacher is the main pillar and central role in the world of education, because the teacher is directly responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom and at the same time guiding students in the personality and social aspects. Therefore, for the learning process and guidance carried out by the teacher to be directed and achieve the goals set, the teacher should be master a number of competencies or abilities. Based on the description of the problem, the purpose of this study is inseparable from the problem above, which is to describe and analyze: 1. PAI teachers plan the teaching and learning process, 2. PAI teachers carry out teaching and learning processes, 3. PAI teachers master the subject matter, 4. PAI teachers assess teaching and learning processes.

This research is a type of qualitative research, and in the discussion using descriptive analytic methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing PAI teachers and Madrasah Heads as key informants; classroom
observation; and documentation sharpened by triangulation data resources and triangulation of methods

The results of this research are: 1) planning of teaching and learning process made by the teacher covers all components of planning and is flexible and systematic. 2) in carrying out the teaching and learning process PAI teachers have carried out their duties to the maximum and can create an effective learning atmosphere even though it is not yet perfect. 3) PAI teacher has mastered the subject matter to be taught. This has been achieved through several activities : study source books, organize learning materials, conduct practice and training, take part in MGMP activities, seminars, work shop and upgrading. 4) the teacher evaluates the progress of the teaching and learning process that is carried out continuously and systematically.

Thus based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the PAI teacher at MAN 2 Pulang Pisau has professional competence in the teaching and learning process even though it is not perfects.
