Abstract

Pembinaan Agama Islam bertujuan untuk meningkatkan self control siswa, pembinaan agama Islam hendaknya dapat mewarnai kepribadian anak, sehingga agama Islam itu benar-benar menjadi bagian dari pribadinya yang akan menjadi pengendali (controling) dalam hidupnya di kemudian hari. Pembinaan keagamaan akan sukses, apabila ajaran agama itu hidup dan tercermin dalam pribadi guru. Alasan pembinaan keagamaan yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya supaya semua siswa bisa merasakan pembinaan muhadharoh, pembinaan muraja’ah, pembinaan amaliah dan pembinaan takrir mufrodat bukan cuma siswa yang mondok di pesantren saja yang mendapatkan pembinaan keagamaan.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pembinaan agama Islam di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya? dan bagaimana dampak pembinaan agama Islam terhadap self control (kontrol diri) pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya setelah dilaksanakan Pembinaan? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Subjek penelitian 4 (empat) orang guru pembina keagamaan. Objek penelitian adalah pembinaan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan self control (kontrol diri) siswa di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya diabsahkan dengan menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis data melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan pembinaan agama Islam di MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya sudah terlaksana sesuai dengan yang penulis amati dalam pembinaan mufrodat, pembinaan muraja’ah, pembinaan amaliah dan pembinaan takrir mufrodat. Dampak pembinaan agama Islam di MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya setelah dilakukan dalam pembinaan muhadharoh yaitu siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri dan dapat bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang diberikan oleh guru, pembinaan muraja’ah yaitu siswa menjadi lebih banyak surah yang dihapal, pembinaan amaliah yaitu siswa menjadi lebih lancar dalam membaca al-qur’an, dan pembinaan takrir mufrodat yaitu siswa menjadi lebih banyak hapal kosa kata sehingga siswa lancar berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Arab. Hasil analisis penelitian, bahwa pembinaan agama Islam di MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dan siswa menjadi lebih positif setelah dilakukan pembinaan keagamaan.

ABSTRACT

An Islamic Religious coaching aims at improving student’s self-control. Its guidance should be able to colour children’s personality so that Islamic religion is truly a part of their personalities which will be a controlling for their lives in future day. A religious coaching should be given by teachers who are truly reflected at their attitudes, behaviours, gestures, how to dress, how to speak, how to deal with problems and their whole personalities. In other words, it is said that religious coaching will succeed if it is active and reflected in the teachers’ personalities. The reason for religious coaching conducted in Islamic senior high school (MA) Hidayatul Insan Palangkaraya is that all students can feel the coaching of muhadharoh, muraja'ah, amaliah and takrir mufrodat and not only students who stay in dormitory get the religious coaching.
The research problem in this study were: how was the implementation process of religious coaching in Islamic senior high school (MA) Hidayatul Insan Palangkaraya and how was the impact of Islamic religious coaching towards self-control of Islamic senior high school (MA) Hidayatul Insan Palangkaraya students after being coached? This study applied a qualitative approach producing descriptive data. The research subjects were 4 Islamic religious teachers. The research object was of Islamic religious coaching in improving students' self-control in Islamic senior high school (MA) Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya. The technique of data collection was through observation, interviews and documentation then validated by using triangulation. Data analysis was through several stages namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of this research showed that the implementation process of Islamic religious coaching in MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya had been carried out in accordance with what the writer observed in coaching of mufrodat, muraja'ah, amaliah and takrir mufrodat. The impact of Islamic religious coaching in MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya was that after being coached, the students become more confident and more responsible for the tasks given by the teachers. The result of the analysis was that Islamic religious coaching in MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya could raise students’ confidence and more positive after being coached.
