Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan suatu system layanan pendidikan khusus yang mensyaratkan agar semua anak berkebutuhan khusus dilayani di sekolah terdekat di kelas biasa bersama teman-teman seusianya.

Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya?; a) Bagaimana perencanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya?; b) Bagaimana tahapan- tahapan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya?; c) Apa model pendidikan inklusif yang digunakan di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya?; 2) Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya?.

Tujuan penelitian adalah: untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. a) untuk mengetahui perencanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. b) untuk mengetahui tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. c) untuk mengetahui model pendidikan inklusif yang digunakan di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. 2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4
Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah koordinator pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya, sedangkan informannya adalah kepala SMAN-4
Palangka Raya, 12 siswa difabel atau ABK (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus) dan 6 orang siswa reguler. Objek penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan
dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian : 1) Pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya sudah sesuai dengan teori yang ada walaupun tidak maksimal, akan tetapi selama ini sudah berjalan dengan lancar. a) Perencanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya memiliki program kerja atau rencana kegiatan tertulis dalam rangka implementasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif dan telah dilaksanakan di sekolah tersebut hanya sebagian kecil. b) Tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya sudah menyediakan kelas yang ramah, menerapkan kurikulum modifikasi. Tetapi, tidak semua tahapan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan teori. c) Model pendidikan inklusif yang digunakan di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya adalah model kelas reguler dengan sistem kelas pull out. 2) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN-4 Palangka Raya adanya SK dari dinas pendidikan, adanya buku-buku, kursi roda, kacamata, adanya undangan pelatihan- pelatihan tentang pendidikan inklusif kepada koordinator pendidikan inklusif dan kepala sekolah. Adanya dukungan dari orang tua siswa ABK. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya meliputi : tidak adanya Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK), tidak adanya ruangan khusus, dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana lainnya mendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMAN- 4 Palangka Raya.

ABSTRACT

Inclusive education is a special education service system which requires that all children with special needs be served in the nearest school in the regular class with friends of their age.

The problems discussed in this study are 1) How is the implementation of inclusive education at the SMAN-4 Palangka Raya ?; a) How is the planning of inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya ?; b) How are the stages of implementing inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya?; c) What is the model of inclusive education used at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya?;2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of inclusive education atSMAN -4
Palangka Raya?

The purpose of the research are: to find out the implementation of inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. a) to find out inclusive education planning at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. b) to find out the stages of implementing inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. c) to find out the model of inclusive education used at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. 2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that produces descriptive data. The subject of this research was the coordinator of inclusive education at at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya, while the informant was the head of SMAN-4 Palangka Raya, 12 students with disabilities or ABK (Children with Special Needs) and 6 regular students. The object of this research is the Implementation of Inclusive Education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.

The results of the research: 1) The implementation of inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya is in accordance with the existing theory even though it is not maximal, but so far it has been running smoothly. a) Planning for inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya has a work program or written activity plan in the framework of implementing the implementation of inclusive education and has been implemented in the school only a small part. b) The stages of implementing inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya have provided friendly classes, implemented a modification curriculum. However, not all stages are carried out according to the theory. c) The inclusive education model used at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya is a regular class model with a pull out class system. 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya with an SK from the education office, books, wheelchairs, glasses, invitations to trainings on inclusive education to inclusive education coordinators and principals. Support from parents of ABK students. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of inclusive education at SMAN-4 Palangka Raya include: the absence of Special

Assistance Teachers (GPK), the absence of special rooms, and the lack of other facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of inclusive at SMAN-4
Palangka Raya.
