Abstract

skema peer to peer lending di Indonesia dapat menjadi media awal berinvestasi yang patut dicoba dengan kelebihan akses layanan yang semakin mudah dan nilai yang terjangkau. Masyarakat pun dapat belajar dasar-dasar investasi melalui kegiatan ini. Walaupun Islam sangat menganjurkan investasi, bukan berarti semua bidang usaha diperbolehkan dalam berinvestasi. Ada aturan-aturan dalam Islam yang menerapkan batasan mana aktivitas yang halal dan haram untuk dilakukan. Jadi penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme investasi Peer to peer lending di Indonesia dengan rumusan masalah: (1) Bagaimana mekanisme invetasi Peer to peer lending di Indonesia ? (2) Bagaimana mekanisme investasi Peer to peer lending syariah ?(3) Bagaimana konsep investasi peer to peer lending dalam ekonomi Islam

penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang akan menjelaskan mekanisme investasi Peer to peer lending yang sudah berjalan di perusahaan-perusahaan Peer to peer lending di Indonesia serta melihat bagaimana ekonomi Islam memandang investasi tersebut. Adapun sumber data peneitian ini Menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik analisis data collection, Data reduction, Data display, dan Conclusions drawing.

Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, yakni: (1) Adapun mekanisme investasi di Peer to peer lending di Indonesia sangat beragam dari basis atau sistem perusahaan tersebut, yang terdiri dari konvensional dan syariah, yang mana pada dua jenis usaha tersebut di Indonesia sudah ada peraturan yang legal yang di buat oleh OJK yaitu 77/POJK.01/2016 tentang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi, dan untuk syariah sendiri harus mengikuti ketentuan Fatwa DSN MUI No. 117/DSN-MUI/IX/2018 tentang Layanan Pembiayaan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi Berbasis Syariah. (2) Mekanisme investasi peer to peer lending syariah dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa model pembiayaan yang ada dalam fatwa DSN MUI dan agar kegiatan investasi sesuai dengan ketentuan Islam, ia harus menyelaraskan dengan prinsip- prinsip ekonomi Islam.. (3) Kegiatan investasi Peer to peer lending memiliki manfaat selain keuntungan individu juga manfaat untuk orang lain yaitu pada distribusi kekayaan. Meski memiliki manfaat akan tetapi dalam ekonomi Islam muamalah haruslah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, sehingga tidak semua praktik investasi diperbolehkan. Jika Investasi peer to peer lending dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah maka investasi ini dapat menjadi salah satu jalan untuk mencapai tujuan ekonomi Islam yaitu mencapai falah.

ABSTRACT
The schemes of Peer to peer lending in Indonesia can be an initial investment that is worth a try, with the advantages of accessing services that are increasingly easy and the affordable value. The community can learn the basics of investment through this activity. Although Islam strongly encourages investment, it does not mean that all fields of business are permitted to invest. There are rules in Islam that apply the limits on which activities are permitted (halal) and forbiden (haram) to do. So this research is aim to find out how the Peer to peer lending investment mechanism in Indonesia with the research problem: (1) How is the Peer to peer lending investment mechanism in Indonesia? (2) How is the Peer to peer lending sharia ?(3) How is the concept of peer to peer lending investment in Islamic economic?

This research is a literature research with a descriptive approach that will explain the Peer to peer lending investment mechanism that is already running in Peer to peer lending companies in Indonesia and see how the Islamic economy views these investments. The data sources of this study use primary and secondary data sources with data collection analysis techniques, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions.

The result of this research : (1) The investment mechanism in Peer to peer lending in Indonesia is very diverse from the base or the enterprise system, which consists of conventional and sharia, which in the two types of businesses in Indonesia have legal rules made by the OJK on 77/POJK.01/2016 about Information Technology-Based Money Lending and Borrowing Services, and for sharia itself must follow the rules Fatwa DSN MUI No. 117/DSN-MUI/IX/2018 on about Information Technology Enabled Services Financing Sharia. (2) Sharia peer to peer lending investment mechanism can be carried out with several financing models in the DSN MUI fatwa and that investment activities are in accordance with Islamic regulations, they must be aligned with Islamic economic principles (3) Peer to peer lending investment activities have benefits in addition to individual benefits as well as benefits for others, namely in the distribution of wealth. Although it has benefits but in Islamic economics muamalah must be in accordance with Islamic principles, so that not all investment practices are allowed. If peer to peer lending investment is carried out in accordance with Islamic regulations, this investment can be one way to achieve the objectives of Islamic economics, namely achieving falah.
