Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari ketidakpuasan dalam pelayanan akademik. Melihat fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan akademik di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilm Ilmu Keguruan terdapat beberapa permasalahan hal ini bisa berdampak bagi mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut secara maksimal. Adapun permasalahan itu dialami oleh mahasiswa terkait dengan pelayanan akademik terutama di Mikwa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan. Untuk itulah, penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui dan menjawab “Bagaimana pelayanan di Mikwa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Palangka Raya?
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yakni Bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap Pelayanan Akademik Kemahasiswaan Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelayanan akademik di Mikwa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Palangka Raya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa prodi PAI angkatan tahun 2013. Dari keabsahan data penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi data sumber dan triangulasi metode.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan subbagian Mikwa FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya, yang meliputi layanan: pembuatan surat keterangan terminal dan pindah kuliah yaitu baik, mudah dan prosesnya cepat. Layanan pembuatan surat izin penelitian dan observasi awal yaitu baik, mudah dan prosesnya cepat, lama pembuatannya 1-2 hari. Untuk pembuatan surat keterangan aktif kuliah dinilai baik yaitu mudah dan prosesnya cepat. Layanan legalisir ijazah/pengesahan dokumen dan transkip nilai yaitu baik, mudah dan prosesnya cepat. Mengenai waktu kegiatan pelayanan subbagian Mikwa untuk melayani mahasiswa yakni kurang tepat waktu. Sedangkan terkait dengan suasana pelayanan di subbagian Mikwa yakni tenang, aman, tetapi kurang tertib.

ABSTRACT

This research departs from dissatisfaction in academic services. Seeing the facts in the filed shows that academic services at faculty tarbiyah and the science of teacher training have several problems, which can have an impact on students to get the maximum services. The problems experienced by students related to academic services, especially in the Mikwa Faculty Tarbiyah school and teacher training. For this reason, this research was carried out to find out and answer “how the services at the Mikwa faculty tarbiyah and the science of teaching training in Palangka Raya.
The fomulation of the problem in this study is how the students’ percepstions of the faculty of student tarbiyah and the science of teacher training in Palangka Raya. This study aims to describe academic services at the faculty of tarbiyah and the of teacher taining in Palangka Raya.
This research uses descritive quantitative method. Data collection is done by interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The populastion in this study were 2013 student study program students. From the validity of the data the authors used source data triangulation techniques and method triangulation.
The results of this study indicate that: the perceptions of students towards the service of the sub-division of the secondary school in Palangka Raya, which includes: making terminal latters and changing cources which are good, easy and process is fast. The service for making research permits and preliminary observations is good, easy and the process is fast, the manufacturing time is 1-2 days. For the making of active lecture letters information is considered good, which is aesy and the process is fast. Legalized diploma or document approval services and trancripts of value are good, easy and the process is fast. Regarding the time of service activities of the sub-division of the Mikwa to serve student, namely less time. Whereas related to the atmosphere of service in the sub-division of Mikwa, namely calm, safe, but less orderly.
