Abstract

Jual beli merupakan salah satu kebutuhan manusia dalam mencari keuntungan sebesar-besarnya tetapi paling penting adalah mencari keberkahan dan keridhoan atas rezeki yang di berikan Allah SWT. Jual beli memiliki konsep dan etika di dalam pelaksanaannya, rukun dan syarat sah merupakan keawajiban jual beli yang harus terpenuhi, berlaku jujur dan adil salah satu amanah yang harus dilaksanakan begitu pula keuntungan yang berkah dan di ridhoi Allah SWT. Berdasarkan hal ini peneliti menemukan fenomena jual beli yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai jual beli dengan konsep dan etika yang islami. Hal ini tentunya harus di teliti untuk mencari tahu kebenaran dan sisi menarik dari penelitian ini. Jadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan jual beli di kalangan habaib di Kota Palangka Raya, Beranjak dari rumusan masalah yaitu : (1) Bagaimana konsep jual beli menurut pandangan di kalangan habaib di kota Palangka Raya? (2) Bagaimana praktik jual beli di kalangan habaib di kota Palangka Raya? dan (3) bagaimana praktik jual beli di kalangan habaib dalam etika bisnis Islam ?
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah kalangan habaib di kota Palangka Raya. Informan penelitian adalah, habaib sebagai penjual, pelanggan atau pembeli, dan tokoh habaib. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data penelitian yaitu data collection, data reduction, data display, dan data conslousions.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep jual beli di kalangan habaib tersebut sesuai berdasrkan wawancara dan observasi rukun dan syarat sah jual beli terpenuhi, adapun praktik dikalangan habaib menjunjung tinggi dan mempunyai dedikasi yag baik sebagaimana anjuran Rasulullah Saw, dengan akhlaknya yang terpuji, diantaranya dari nilai-nilai etika di kalangan habaib tersebut. (1) Mengedepankan kejujuran dan keadilan (2) Keharmonisan antara penjual dan pembeli (3) keuntungan yang berkah. Di tinjau etika bisnis Islam bahwa jual beli di kalangan habaib secara garis besar menjunjung tinggi perjuangan kakeknya Rasulullah SAW.

ABSTRAK

Buying and selling is one of the human needs in seeking maximum profits, but the most important thing is to seek blessings and blessings for the sustenance that Allah SWT gives. Buying and selling has a concept and ethics in its implementation, harmony and legal requirements are the obligation to buy and sell that must be fulfilled, be honest and fair one of the mandates that must be implemented as well as the benefits and blessings of Allah SWT. Based on this, the researcher found a phenomenon of buying and selling that upholds buying and selling values with Islamic concepts and ethics. This of course must be examined to find out the truth and the interesting side of this research. So the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the implementation of buying and selling in habaib circles in the City of Palangka Raya, Moving from the formulation of the problem, namely: (1) How does the concept of buying and selling according to the habaib in Palangka Raya city? (2) What is the practice of buying and selling in habaib circles in the city of Palangka Raya? and (3) what is the practice of buying and selling in habaib circles in Islamic business ethics?
This research is a field research, using descriptive qualitative research methods, while the subject of this research is habaib circles in the city of Palangka Raya. Research informants are, habaib as sellers, customers or buyers, and habaib figures. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and documentation. The research data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conslousions.
The results of the study show that the concept of buying and selling in habaib circles is based on interviews and harmonious observations and the legitimate conditions of buying and selling are fulfilled, while the practices among habaib uphold and have good dedication as suggested by the Prophet, with commendable morals, including values ethical values in the habaib circles. (1) Prioritizing honesty and fairness (2) Harmony between seller and buyer (3) blessing benefits. In reviewing Islamic business ethics that buying and selling in habaib circles broadly upholds the struggle of his grandfather the Prophet.
