Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi metode Quantum Teaching yang digunakan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMAN-1 Palangka Raya, mengetahui proses guru memilih pengajaran dengan metode Quantum Teaching di SMAN-1 Palangka Raya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Quantum Teaching dalam langkah-langkah TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demontrasikan,Ulangi dan Rayakan).
Informan penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMAN-1 Palangka Raya. Untuk melengkapi data dalam penelitian ini penulis juga mengali data dari Kepala Sekolah dan beberapa orang siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi metode Quantum Teaching yang digunakan dalam langkah-langkah TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demontrasikan, Ulangi dan Rayakan) sudah berjalan semestinya akan tetapi keterbatasan waktu saja yang membuat metode Quantum Teaching dalam langkah-langkah TANDUR tidak bisa tercapai sepenuhnya, selain dari metode Quantum Teaching dalam langkah-langkah TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demontrasikan,Ulangi dan Rayakan) dari faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari siswa dan sarana prasarana juga menjadi kendala tercapainya metode Quantum Teaching serta langkah-langkah TANDUR (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demontrasikan,Ulangi dan Rayakan), dari faktor penghambat siswa itu sendiri sulitnya menghadapi karakerisik siswa yang berbeda-beda dan masih banyak siswa yang belum bisa mengaji dari faktor pendukung kemampuan mental siswa , sedangkan dari faktor pendukung dan penghambat sarana prasarana, pendukunya ialah adanya mushola, gurunya yang lengkap dan media belajar yang menujang proses belajar sedangkan faktor penghambat kurangnya referensi buku PAI serta sulitnya menentukan materi yang cocok dengan metode Quantum Teaching.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Quantum Teaching method used by Islamic Religious Education teachers at Palangka Raya Senior High School-1, knowing the teacher's process of choosing teaching with the Quantum Teaching method in Palangka Raya Senior High School 1 on Islamic Religious Education subjects and to find out the application of the Quantum Teaching method. in the TANDUR steps (Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat and Celebrate).
The informant of this study was the teacher of Islamic Education in Palangka Raya Senior High School-1. To complete the data in this study the author also multiplied data from the Principal and several students. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques.
The results showed that the implementation of the Quantum Teaching method used in the steps of TANDUR (Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat and Celebrate) had been running properly, but the time constraints alone made the Quantum Teaching method in the SIGNIFICANT steps impossible. In addition to the Quantum Teaching method in the steps of TANDUR (Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat and Celebrate) from the supporting and inhibiting factors of students and infrastructure, it is also an obstacle to the achievement of the Quantum Teaching method and TANDUR steps (Grow, Natural , Name, Demonstrate, Repeat and Celebrate), from the inhibiting factors of students themselves, it is difficult to deal with different students 'characteristics and there are still many students who cannot yet learn from the supporting factors of students' mental abilities, while the supporting factors and obstacles to infrastructure are there is a mosque, complete teacher and media learning that leads to the learning process while the inhibiting factor is the lack of reference to the PAI book and the difficulty in determining the material that matches the Quantum Teaching method
