Abstract
Kelayakan isi merupakan kelayakan suatu buku ajar yang harus diperhatikan dan dinilai berdasarkan peraturan dari Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) di Indonesia. Buku ajar selalu dijadikan sumber atau rujukan utama dalam mengambil informasi dan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, kelayakan suatu buku ajar sangatlah penting. Akan tetapi, dalam realita yang ada terdapat perrmasalahn-permasalahan terkait konten (muatan) dalam buku ajar.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana kelayakan isi kesesuaian uraian materi KI dan KD kelas II SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya Penerbit Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, 2) Bagaimana kelayakan isi keakuratan materi kelas II SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya Penerbit Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, 3) Bagaimana kelayakan isi pendukung materi pembelajaran kelas II SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya Penerbit Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan noninteraktif (penelitian analisis) pada buku ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti kelas II SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya Penerbit Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu metode dokumentasi dan teknik analisis datanya yaitu analisis konten, artinya peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap materi atau isi yang ada dalam data primer (buku ajar). Analisis data dimulai dengan membaca, menelaah seluruh data yang telah tersedia, terutama data primer. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengkoding data, setelah itu mengorganisasi dan menyusun hasil koding, memaparkan data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian, dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang peneliti lakukan menunjukkan bahwa 1) kelayakan isi kesesuaian uraian materi KI dan KD yaitu memperoleh persentase 60,4%. 2) kelayakan isi keakuratan materi yaitu memperoleh 62,5%. 3) kelayakanisi pendukung materi pembelajaran yaitu memperoleh 74%. Berdasarkan hasil persentase kelayakan isi secara keseluruhan dari subkomponen yaitu memperoleh nilai rata-rata 66% termasuk kategori layak, sedangkan 34% yang tidak layak. Jadi buku ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti kelas II SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya Penerbit Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan sudah layak untuk diajarkan karena memperoleh persentase kelayakan isi sebesar 66% yang dimana tergolong layak untuk digunakan di sekolah.
ABSTRACT
Content eligibility is the feasibility of a textbooks that must be considered and assessed based on the regulations of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) in Indonesia. Textbooks are always the main source or reference in taking information and knowledge. Therefore, even a textbook is very important. However, in reality there are problems related to content (content) in Textbooks.
The Problems in this research are 1) how the feasibility of the contents of the suitability of the material description KI and KD class II SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya publisher Published by Ministry of Education and Culture. 2) how the feasibility of the contents of the material accuracy class II SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya Published by Ministry of Education and Culture. 3) how the feasibility of the contents of learning support material class II SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya Published by Ministry of Education and Culture.
This study used qualitative research with a non-interactive approach (analytical research) in textbooks or Islamic Education and Character Education texts used by Class II at SDN 8 Menteng Palangka Raya which published by Ministry of Education and Culture. Data collection techniques are documentation method and analysis techniques, namely content analysis, it meaned that researchers conduct an analysis of the material or content contained in primary data (textbooks). Data analysis begins with reading, examining all available data, especially primary data. Then proceed with coding the data, after that organizing and compiling the of the coding results, describing the data and discussing the results of the research, and drawing conclusions
Research results and discussion showed that 1) the feasibility of the contents of the suitability of the material description KI and KD which acquires 60,4%. 2) ) the feasibility of the contents of the material accuracy which acquires 62,5%. 3) the feasibility of the contents of the learning support material which acquires 74%. Based on the results of the percentage of the overall feasibility of the contents of the subcomponent which acquires average values 66% belong to feasible category, whereas 34% unfeasible. So, textbooks on Islamic Religious Educationand Character used byclass IISDN 8 Menteng Palangka RayaPublished by Ministry of Education and Culture was feasible to taught because it acquires percentage content eligibility 66% which is classified to be taught in schools.
