Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari implementasi strategi penyampaian pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada kemampuan kognitif tingkat rendah seperti pengetahuan, pemahaman dan penerapan belum kepada kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis bahan ajar sebagaimana yang diinginkan kompetensi dasar dalam silabus.
Penelitian bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan implementasi strategi penyampaian pembelajaran dalam mengoptimalkan kemampuan kognitif siswa pada materi shalat berjama’ah di MTsN 2 Palangka Raya : (a) penggunaan media/sumber belajar; (b) Interaksi siswa dengan media, (c) Bentuk belajar. (2) mendeskripsikan relevansi implementasi strategi penyampaian pembelajaran dengan silabus: (a) mendeskripsikan relevansi antara kompetensi dasar dan indikator dalam silabus (b) mendeskripsikan relevansi impelementasi strategi penyampaian pembelajaran dengan kompetensi dasar serta indikator yang menghendaki adanya kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis ketentuan salat berjamaah.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian guru mata pelajaran Fikih kelas VII, informan Wakamad Kurikulum dan Wakamad Sarana Prasarana dan siswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data: observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik pengabsahan data : teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data: .data reduction (pemilahan data), data display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing/verification (penarikan kesimpulan).
Hasil penelitian: (1) Strategi penyampaian pembelajaran: (a) media yang digunakan: verbal guru (media audio), papan tulis, buku pelajaran, gambar dan musala. (b) Interaksi siswa dengan media : Interaksi siswa dengan guru menggunakan pola interaksi satu dan dua arah; Interaksi antar sesama siswa sangat minim terjadi karena guru memegang otoritas penuh dalam pembalajaran; dan Interaksi siswa dengan media membentuk pola interaksi tiga arah, yaitu guru-media-siswa (c) Bentuk belajar yang digunakan adalah klasikal dan kelompok besar. (2) relevansi implementsi strategi penyampaian pembelajaran dengan silabus, (a) kompetensi dasar dan indikator tidak relevan, (b) implementasi strategi penyampaian pembelajaran secara umum relevan dengan indikator dan kompetensi dasar dalam silabus serta dapat mengoptimalkan kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis ketentuan salat berjaamaah.

ABSTRACT

This research is based on the implementation of learning delivery strategy that is oriented to low level cognitive ability such as knowledge, understanding and application yet to students ability in analyzing teaching materials as desired by basic competence in syllabus.
The research aims to (1) describe the implementation strategy for the delivery of learning in optimizing student's cognitive ability on the material the prayer congregation in Palangka Raya MTsN 2: (a) the use of media/learning resources; (b) the student's Interaction with the media, (c) forms of learning. (2) describe the relevance of the implementation of the strategy for the delivery of learning with the syllabus: (a) describe the relevance between the basic competencies and indicators in the syllabus, (b) describe the relevance implementation of learning delivery strategy with the basic competencies and indicators that signaled the presence of students ' ability in analyzing the provisions of prayer in congregation.
This research uses qualitative descriptive approach. The subject is a fiqh teacher in class VII, while the informant was the vice of headmaster curriculum and Infrastructure and studens. Data collection techniques of observation, documentation and interviews. The technique of data validation by using triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques: data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion/verification.
The results of research: (1) delivery of Learning Strategies: (a) the medium used: verbal teachers (audio media), blackboard, textbook, pictures and small mosque. (b) the student's Interaction with the media: the interaction of students with teachers using interaction patterns one and two direction; Interactions between fellow students very minimal occurs because teachers hold full authority in learning; Student Interaction with media and forming a three-way interaction pattern, IE teachers-media-students (c) forms of learning that are used are classical space and large groups. (2) the relevance of learning delivery strategy with implementsi syllabus, (a) the basic competencies and indicators are not relevant, (b) the implementation of learning delivery strategy in general relevant to the indicators and basic competencies in the syllabus and can optimize the student’s ability in analyzing the provisions of prayer in congregation.
