Abstract

Anak merupakan amanah yang harus dijaga dan dididik agar menjadi anak yang sehat jasmani maupun rohani. Salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sebagai orangtua ialah memperhatikan asupan makanan kepada anaknya dari sejak kelahirannya yakni dengan memberikannya air susu ibu (ASI). Bagi wanita yang berkarir, akan membatasi waktu yang dibutuhkan bagi pelaksanaan pemberian ASI eksklusif kepada anaknya, sehingga pemberian ASI eksklusif tidak akan berjalan secara maksimal. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, dirumuskan masalah tentang: 1. Bagaimana latar belakang pekerjaan para wanita karir di Kota Palangka Raya?, 2. Bagaimana pemahaman para wanita karir di Kota Palangka Raya tentang ASI eksklusif?, 3. Bagaimana pelaksanaan pemberian ASI eksklusif oleh para wanita karir di Kota Palangka Raya?, 4. Bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif oleh wanita karir?
Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan (field reseach) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap tiga orang wanita karir dan tiga orang informan. dianalisis dengan beberapa tahapan yakni: 1. Pengumpulan Data, 2. Pengurangan Data, 3. Penyajian Data, 4. Penarikan Kesimpulan/ verifikasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Latar belakang pekerjaan para ibu ialah tenaga kontrak dan pegawai negeri sipil(PNS). Adapun alasan mereka memilih bekerja yakni karena adanya faktor ekonomi, dukungan dari suami dan melihat adanya peluang untuk mengisi kesibukan setelah lulus dari perguruan tinggi. 2. Secara umum para wanita karir memahami ASI eksklusif ialah ASI yang diberikan selama 6 bulan tanpa campuran makanan apapun. 3. Selama cuti kerja, pemberian ASI lebih intens dilakukan. Setelah cuti, ibu memanfaatkan waktu menyusui sebelum berangkat kerja dan alternatif khusus seperti susu formula, botol dot, dan pompa ASI. Pemberian ASI secara eksklusif tidak terlepas dari bantuan dan dukungan suami dan keluarga terdekat. 4. Tidak ada aturan tertulis di dalam Al-Qur’an yang melarang wanita untuk bekerja. Bekerja bagi wanita boleh dilakukan dengan lebih dulu memperhatikan kewajiban-kewajiban yang dilimpahkan kepada mereka salash satunya yakni memperhatikan asupan dan penjagaan bayi selama bekerja. Hasil dan analisis penelitian menyatakan bahwa wanita karir di Kota Palangka Raya dalam pelaksanaan pemberian ASI eksklusifnya tetap memperhatikan asupan nutrisi dan penjagaan anaknya selama bekerja. Namun, jika dalam bekerja para ibu tidak memperhatikan tanggung jawabnya terlebih dahulu terhadap hak anak dikarenakan faktor sengaja yang tidak dapat dibenarkan, maka hal demikian di larang.

ABSTRACT
Children is trustful which must be preserved and educated to be healthy child physical and spiritual. One form of responsibility as parent is see food intake to his son of after its birth by give it milk mother (breastfeeding). For their who works, will limit the time it takes for for granting breastfeeding exclusive to his son, so that the provision of breastfeeding exclusive will not run well. Based on the background the problem, formulated the issue of: 1. How background the work of woman a career in city palangka raya? , 2.What is the understanding of women a career in city palangka raya about breastfeeding exclusive? , 3.How for granting breastfeeding exclusive by women a career in city palangka raya? , 4.How view islamic law against the provision of breastfeeding exclusive by women career?
The kind of research is research qualitative the field with a qualitative approach descriptive. The data collection was done by using the method interview, observation and documentation to the three mother who works outside of the house and three people informants. Analyzed by some steps: : 1.Data collection, 2.The reduction of data, 3.display of data, 4. Conclusion drawing / verifying.
The result of this research it can be concluded that: 1 .The background of the work is among the more conservative happy faces of the mothers staff on contract are covered under (civil servants). But as for their reasons for this choose to work of bond issuance will be due to problems relating to economic factors, support from the husband and see that they can have if there was any opportunity to fill a flurry of activity after she graduated from the tertiary institutions.2 .In general the images of the woman the career of understand exclusive for the mother milk is among the more conservative for the mother milk provided for 6 months without loss of a mixture of food of any kind.3. During id best work inside the box, the provision of for the mother milk more intense done in the same manner. After a leave of absence, mothers who have just given you have bestowed upon me take advantage of time before leave for work and alternative particulars as formula milk, a bottle a teat, and pumps for the mother milk .The provision of for the mother milk exclusively cannot be separated from assistance and support the husband and the next of kin. 4. There is no rule written in the Al-Qur’an an that bar women from work. Work for women to do with first see obligations which is handed to they salash the only namely see intake and guard an infant during work. The results and analysis research stated that mother who works outside of house in the city Palangka Raya in for granting breastfeeding eksklusifnya must pay attention to the nutritional intake and guard a vigil for work .But , if in working mothers not see responsibilities first to the rights of the child because factors deliberately that cannot be justified, so that case in message .
