Abstract

Islam telah mengajarkan keselarasan antara tujuan material dan ukuran moral dengan cara mendorong umatnya agar mancapai kesejahteraan di dunia, sementara pada saat yang sama ia juga harus berusaha menegakkan standar moral yang telah diletakkan dalam dasar-dasar Islam.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja di pasar tradisional dan pasar modern? (2) Bagaimana perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja di pasar tradisional dan pasar modern dalam perspektif islamic consumer behavior?
Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu konsumen yang berbelanja di pasar tradisional dan pasar modern. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengabsahan data dalam penelitian teknik triangulasi, yaitu teknik trianggulasi sumber, teknik trianggulasi metode dan terakhir teknik trianggulasi teori. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian, yaitu: (1) Perilaku konsumen di pasar tradisional dan pasar modern sangat memprioritaskan kualitas, harga, dan label barang atau jasa. (2) Perilaku konsumen yang berbelanja di pasar tradisional dan pasar modern telah sesuai dengan teori Islamic consumer behavior. Karena mereka menguatamakan kebutuhan yang mereka perlukan tanpa membeli suatu barang atau jasa yang hanya mereka inginkan. Mereka juga mengethaui bahwa barang atau jasa yang hanya mereka inginkan hanya sebagai kepuasan semata.

ABSTRACT

Islam has taught harmony between the material and the size of the moral purpose by way of pushing his people in order to be shipped the world's prosperity, while at the same time he also must strive to uphold moral standards have been put in the basics of Islam.
Formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) how the behavior of consumers in shopping at traditional markets and modern market? (2) How the behavior of consumers in shopping at traditional markets and modern market in islamic perspective of consumer behavior?
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The subject of research i.e. consumers who shop at traditional markets and modern markets. Data source the data source consists of primary and secondary data sources. The technique of data collection that is using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Pengabsahan data in the research of the technique of triangulation, namely triangular triangular engineering resources, methods and techniques in the last triangular theory. Analytical techniques descriptive analysis that is used.
Results of the study, namely: (1) the behavior of consumers in the market for traditional and modern markets very prioritize quality, price, and label the goods or services. (2) the behavior of consumers who shop at traditional markets and modern markets were in accordance with Islamic theory of consumer behavior. Because they menguatamakan needs that they need without buying an item or service that only they want. They also mengethaui that the goods or services which only they want just as sheer satisfaction.
