Abstract

Sikap beragama peserta didik tidak hanya bersifat pembawaan, tetapi juga diperoleh dari pembelajaran dan hasil interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya sehari-hari. Guru merupakan orang pertama yang memberikan pengaruh secara langsung dalam pembentukan akhlak dan sikap keagamaan siswanya tidak hanya melalui kegiatan belajar, tetapi juga melalui kegiatan pembinaan secara khusus. Meskipun demikian, masih ditemukan permasalahan di lapangan terkait dengan akhlak dan sikap beragama siswa di SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini: 1. Bagaimana guru PAI membina sikap beragama terkait dengan hal keimanan/ibadah dan akhlak di SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya. 2. Bagaimana metode pembinaan sikap beragama yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI di SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya. 3. Apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pembinaan sikap beragama siswa di SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya. 4. Bagaimana peran guru PAI dalam membina sikap beragama peserta didik di SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) dan yang menjadi informannya adalah Kepala Sekolah dan siswa-siswi yang berjumlah 6 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk memperoleh data yang valid dalam penelitian ini, data-data yang telah dikumpulkan diuji dengan triangulasi. Analisis data adalah dengan menggunakan; Data Reduction, Data Display dan Conclusion Drawing / Verification.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan; (1) Guru PAI membina keimanan/ibadah dilakukan melalui kegiatan sholat dzuhur berjamaah dan kegiatan baca tulis al-Qur’an dan membina akhlak melalui kegiatan pembelajaran PAI (2) Metode pembinaan sikap beragama yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI di SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya adalah metode keteladanan (uswah), metode nasihat (mau’izhah), metode pembiasaan (ta’widiyah), metode cerita (qishshah), dan metode ganjaran (tsawab). (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembinaan sikap beragama di SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya adalah, minat/motivasi dan lingkungan tempat siswa berinteraksi sehari-hari. (4) Peran Guru PAI dalam membina sikap beragama siswa di SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya antara lain sebagai pendidik, orang tua siswa di sekolah, motivator, pemberi informasi, dan model teladan.

ABSTRACT

The religious attitude of learners is not only characteristic, but also derived from the learning and interaction results with the surrounding environment. Teachers are the first person to give a direct influence in the formation of morals and religious attitudes of students not only through learning activities, but also through special coaching activities. Nevertheless, there are still problems in the field related to morals and religious attitudes of students in SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya. Problems in this research: (1) How teacher of PAI in guiding religious attitudes related to faith/worship and morals in SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya. (2) How is the method of guiding religious attitudes performed by the teacher of PAI in SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya. (3) What are the factors that influence in guiding students’ religious attitudes in SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya. (4) How is the role of PAI teachers in guiding students’ religious attitudes at SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya.
This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research was Islamic education teachers who teaches actively in SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya and the informants are Principals and students, amounting to 6 students. Data collection in this research was observation, interview, and documentation. To obtain the validity of data in this research, the data collected were tested by triangulation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive analytic techniques. The data analysis were; data reduction, and conclusion drawing or verification.
Based on the results of the research, it could be concluded that; (1) Teacher of PAI in guiding faith/worship was done through the activity of praying dzuhur congregation and reading Al-Qur'an and morals guidance was done through PAI learning (2) The method of guiding religious attitudes that conducted by the teacher of PAI in SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya were exemplary method (uswah), method of advice (mau’izhah), method of habituation (ta’widiyah), story method (qishshah), and punishment method (tsawab). (3) Factors that influence the guidance of religious attitudes in SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya were the interest/motivation and environment where the students interact daily. (4) The role of Islamic education teachers in guiding the religious attitude of students in SMP GUPPI Palangka Raya were as educators educators, parents of students in schools, motivators, informers, and as models.
